I liked the place as a whole, it is located in a pleasant park on the shore of a pond, tables are only on the street, you can sit next to the pond and look at the ducks.
The food is very tasty! We took a boat - it turned out to be perfect, it was the best boat in all of Abkhazia in my opinion: soft dough, lots of cheese and perfect roasting, next time I will come for a boat only here. We also took a roast with meat at home - it was also very tasty, the portion was large, I barely finished it. The staff are nice, give recommendations on the menu, everything is very fast and good.
Of the cons:
1. Since the cafe is located on the street, everyone smokes there, and you can't hide from the smoke and smell of cigarettes anywhere. This is basically a problem for the whole of Abkhazia, since there is no ban on smoking in public places, which is very bad. We were lucky: we came when there were very few people.
2. There is no toilet, you have to go to a public toilet in another part of the pond, but it is paid and very dirty.
3. In the evenings, some singer sings some mothballs VERY loudly, like it's live music, but it's SO loud that it's just impossible to be around, my ears curl up from such a volume. We wanted to sit some more, but we had to run away right after the performance started, as my head instantly hurt. Employees definitely need to adjust the volume of the music and microphone and turn it down at least twice.

There is a wonderful atmosphere in the cafe. The location is great, in the park.
There are many places, you can look at swans, or you can dance. The repertoire is excellent, the live music and the singing of the presenter were very pleasant. And most importantly, excellent cuisine. This is a rarity for Abkhazia!

I liked the place where the cafe is located. Black and white swans and Indian ducks swim next to the cafe. There is also a fenced large cage nearby, there are peacocks, ostriches, roosters. There are many tables on the street in the cafe. We were served quickly. I liked the roast meat, khachapuri in Adjarian style. I didn't have enough juiciness in khinkali. Overall, the impression was good.

I really liked it! An atmospheric place, there are many birds around (swans, ostriches, ducklings), a lot of greenery, a pond, it's nice to sit in such a place. Our waiter was a guy, very friendly, cultured. They did not make us wait long, everything was very tasty, the prices were acceptable, tips were not included in the bill, but of course we left for such service.

Great place! We rested in New Athos with the children, went there for lunch every day. Very tasty rich soups that even children liked. Every time we took khachapur with cheese and herbs or with meat - it is very tasty cooked, especially with meat. There are also no complaints about the rest of the dishes, we tried to take something new every day.
The location is very good - next to the pond in the folder. In the heat, it gave a little coolness. The tables in the shade of the trees were especially pleased.
The service is 5+, everyone is very polite, everything is fast.
Great place! I recommend.

We walked in new Athos, decided to eat. The choice fell on this cafe, I liked the reviews. We did not lose! Cafe near the pond with birds (swans, ducks) , the service is fast, the staff is polite. The prices are average, normal for Abkhazia. Delicious natural cherry juice, caesar salad, baked potatoes with cheese! Awesome Pasta with ham and mushrooms! The portions are large! Definitely recommend it!

They were fed quickly and tasty. However, they have no idea about the aesthetics of serving dishes here. Chicken fillet with vegetables was piled up interspersed in a soup plate. Although maybe I'm being picky...
the only thing that spoils the impression is that on the opposite side of the pond there is a pen for large birds, including an ostrich, and the breeze sometimes brings appropriate aromas that do not contribute to appetite.

A cozy cafe. A good location, in the center of all the sights of New Athos by the lake with swans in the park.
I must say right away that we came here on a recommendation and did not lose.
The only thing that surprised me was the amenities on the opposite side of the lake and even for a fee. Agree, it's kind of strange))).
The staff is very polite and customer-oriented, we can say the maximum.
The contingent is decent, which is not unimportant.
We took baked eggplant (grilled), caesar salad, pork kebab, boat, khachapuri, etc.
I was very pleased with the presentation of dishes, I was just pleasantly surprised. Everything is clear and in order, and they do not carry everything in a row, both the first and the second and the dessert.
The price tag is average (for Abkhazia).

The quality of cooking is 4+!
But the amenities did not please - 0!
In total, catch the deserved 4 stars.

We were in this place after dark, 30 minutes before closing time. After long walks, there was nothing to do, just to sit down and have dinner. In May, apparently they have a reduced work schedule, but they managed to serve us, everything is OK with that. Khachapur was good, the tea was quite good.
I lowered the score by two points at once for the Greek salad, in which, instead of any pickled cheese, there was also neatly chopped melted cheese. It's both funny, cringe-worthy, and stupid. It is unclear who this culinary experiment was designed for, but of course they had a lot of fun.)

The assorted kebabs in this institution are an assortment of bones with a slight touch of meat, the set includes a cradle that tastes like a simple sausage. I also ordered khinkali - it's anything but khinkali. Two stars only for lemonade. If the purpose of the visit is to eat normally and tasty, then this place is not even worth considering.

I read the previous reviews and get the feeling that I was in the wrong place at the wrong time🤔
They came with two children. We ordered them a chicken kebab. A trip to a street cafe, which positions itself as a local restaurant on the menu, has turned into a competition for eating spicy dishes. An ordinary chicken kebab (poorly cooked - the ribs and ridges got on the grill somehow) managed to be peppered and poured with hot sauce and spices. Perhaps it was just that the hen was not the first freshness and thus the smell was removed. But the waiter knew that both portions were ordered for children - in any case (spicy or rotten) it was necessary to warn us that it was better not to give it to children. We also ate shish kebab, only from pork neck. We also ordered pasta and khachapuri in Adjarian style. Here it is called a boat. The bill turned out to be 2500. Among the advantages are delicious khachapuri, tolerable pasta and cold bottled lemonade. Of the cons, everything else. The highlight on the cake was the employee's response about the dog that came and lay under our table. When asked if we could ask the dog to be removed, we were answered - "And this is not our dog..."🤦♂️🤦♂️ Well, okay, not ours either. Then we will probably go further😂😂😂 have a good rest🥳

We've been there a couple of times. The staff is helpful. The food is served quickly enough. Of all the cafes of New Athos, where we visited, the most delicious food is prepared here. It's nice to sit on the shore of a lake with swans. The only thing we didn't like was the very loud music in the evening. I have never understood why it is necessary to shout over the conversation at the tables with songs (and not the best and not the best performance)?

We ordered a salad "male", with tongue, egg.. and the peas are green. The waitress brought the salad, quickly. The layout is as it should be. But the salad is just full of peas!!! It's daytime!!! Well , you can 't ignore the guests like that at all ! However, after my remark and seeing the number of peas on my plate, the waiter offered to delete this position from the payment. I hope the cook liked the peas!! I do not recommend this cafe.

Minus the third: despite the fact that it is not the season, prices were unreasonably high for dishes whose quality leaves much to be desired. A Greek salad for 300 rubles is a pathetic handful of cucumbers and tomatoes, plus a few olives and tiny slices of feta cheese. And the beef cradle was clearly not made from pure ground beef, but mixed either with bread, or it is unclear with what. Khachapuri boat is generally a separate topic. Dipping the pieces into the egg and cheese just didn't work. In general, they came out hungry, disappointed, having spent a lot of money for nothing. I do not recommend the cafe to visit
