We stayed in this wonderful guest house for three days. Very!
I really liked everything! A great place to stay and relax. The room is clean and cozy, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay. I also really liked that there was a good supermarket nearby, there were no problems with food, despite the fact that the dining room did not work in winter, we cooked ourselves in the kitchen with fresh produce.
The sea and the beach are within walking distance. Visited the dolphinarium in
Gagra, we walked a lot, everything is within walking distance! Everything is fine! We will come next time, we will stay only with you! Thank you for the comfort, peace and cordiality.

We stayed at the guest house with a large family for the New Year's weekend and I want to share my impressions. I liked the location, right next to the border, it takes about five minutes to drive. The coast is also very close, the weather was clear, we went for a walk in the park and to the sea. Our room was clean, comfortable, equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. We cooked in the kitchen ourselves, and we were also allowed to use the barbecue in the cafe. The place is very quiet, cozy, and safe. The administrator Timur is very friendly and helpful, always ready to help and answer any questions that arise. The territory of the hotel is well maintained. In general, I was satisfied with my stay at this hotel and recommend it to anyone who is looking for a comfortable and cozy place to relax.

The hotel is good! The staff is polite. The price is acceptable for this country. The location is convenient, Parking is free, 5-7 minutes walk to the sea, there are several shops nearby. Barbecue is fried every evening, the meat is delicious! There is a swimming pool, small, but you can cool off. The most profitable thing is that the hotel has its own diesel generator, which is very important for this country, in which electricity is turned off regularly, almost every day. There is WiFi, but do not expect that you will be able to access any website with it, or work with it. It's only enough for social networks. A great place for a quiet and relaxing holiday:clean and well maintained rooms:WiFi, TV, refrigerator,air conditioner, shower, everything you need is there.a fairly large territory, a clean warm swimming pool, a cafe-dining room on the territory, where reasonable prices, and delicious, like at home with mom, but without frills:first, second, third, compote, salads., everything is fresh and delicious, in the evening Madil roasts a barbecue:chicken, pork, trout., tastier than I've ever eaten in my life., as well as chacha, homemade wine, hookah. There is parking outside the guest house. They will help you with the tour, book it, and the prices are also reasonable. The sea is nearby, 7 minutes of Walking through the village (no slides, no steps) it is difficult to get lost. The village is full of shops and cafes. Three peacocks had a rest at the hotel from June 3 to 11. Super, everything was very pleasant, good service, rooms are cozy and clean, helpful staff. The rooms are equipped with everything, TV, refrigerator, kettle. The lights were often turned off, this is a resort problem everywhere you go, the generator was immediately turned on in the hotels, we did not sit without light, it's generally super 👍 The hosts are very pleasant, we were settled upon arrival, we did not have to wait, and this is a very big plus, because you get tired from the road. Nice, clean pool. There was a children's animation. The territory has everything for a child's leisure, thank you. We ate in the dining room several times, went to another, there are nuances, but these are more our moments, the child does not eat everything. We had a rest from 14.06-21.06.24, we were delighted. We received a lot of positive emotions. There is always a large selection. We stayed in this beautiful hotel for almost 2 weeks. We were met at the border, brought, placed in a clean, fresh room, fed) very tasty cuisine, well done chefs, there is always plenty to choose from! The restaurant does not have such an assortment of dishes as in this hotel and everything is so delicious. The hosts (Lilith and Vadim) are great, people with a big soul, they treat with such respect, and it feels like they put their whole heart and soul into their business, as if we did not come to the hotel, but to close relatives) The staff is very polite. You can always wash it here, several washing machines.

There is a large clean swimming pool, sun beds, large umbrellas, table tennis and board games.

The driver met and helped with heavy luggage. It's not far from the border. We arrived, and a hot, late dinner was already waiting for us. We settled in quickly. The staff at the hotel is super. A wonderful place! Thank you very much to the hostess Lilith for her hospitality. We had a rest together. We had two rooms next to each other. The rooms have a refrigerator, kettle, glasses. On the open floor - veranda there is an ironing board and iron, a cooler with clean water. We drank coffee in the morning at our place. Lunch and dinner were available at the on-site cafe. Vegetables and meat are plentiful, homemade wine. In the evenings, we liked to sit with cheese and purchased wine from a nearby store. The beach is a 10-minute walk away.

We had a family vacation in mid-September. In general, the rest was not bad. On the plus side, I can say that we were checked in early in the morning, the room was clean. The hotel is located next to the sea, literally 5-7 minutes walking distance. The area is pretty clean. When the child caught the rotovirus, the cooks prepared chicken broth to restore the child. Madik is cooking a delicious barbecue.
Of the disadvantages, the plumbing in the room leaves much to be desired. It is better not to drink water from the cooler. On the very first morning I wanted to boil the kettle, but when I took water from the cooler, I plopped mold into the kettle, and so a couple of times. For the third time, I decided to go to the store for water.
The dining room is not bad, but the food is heated in the microwave, very often yesterday's food. The most delicious casserole and baked vegetables. The girl who puts food on, checks whether the cutlets are dried or not, right with her hand. Lots of flies. But this is the scourge of the whole of Abkhazia. On the fifth day of our stay, the chefs left and the dining room stopped functioning. There was no declared animation, although there were quite a lot of children. A Lord, a local dog, was seen lying on the bed linen that was being washed. They made a remark to the maid, drove the dog away, and the laundry continued to lie on the ground.
In general, the hotel is not bad, the staff is helpful.

It was so nice to relax in a clean room decorated in European style, have breakfast, lunch and dinner delicious, at home. Lilit and Vadim thought about everything to make us comfortable: there is everything in the bathroom, a kettle in the room, a cooler on the terrace, an iron. The territory and the cafe are always clean. And even when the lights go out in the village, we did not sit in the dark for more than 5 minutes, because the owners took care of us by buying a generator. A great cozy hotel in a quiet location.Very hospitable hosts who will help solve any issue! We arrived early in the morning, checked in almost immediately, for which special thanks (we arrived by car, so it is very important to rest from the road). The beach is not far away, the sea is clear, we were on the beach in Gagra, the sea is dirty. It is very convenient that there is a swimming pool on site and a dining room. Good day to all!
Last year (2023), the question arose where to go on vacation to the sea. I would like to go to Crimea, but going there is not an option yet, especially with children. The choice was between the already familiar Lazarevsky and Abkhazia. I have never been to Abkhazia before. As a result, Abkhazia was chosen, namely Tsandripsh, since this village is located near the border with the Russian Federation.
We were traveling by train, so we didn't even notice how we crossed the border)) everything went easily and calmly, a couple of questions to the children, a couple of questions to the parents. And everything. Since we all had our documents in order, everything went smoothly.
Upon exiting the carriage, a transfer was already waiting for us and we were immediately taken to the mini-hotel "Three Peacocks" chosen by us. We were lucky at the hotel and were checked in immediately upon arrival. They helped me with my things. We helped solve all the issues that arose. Special thanks to Madik for this, it seems to me that if not the whole hotel is based on him, then 90% for sure!
I have often heard that it is in Abkhazia that there are many outbreaks of intestinal infections during the season and disrespectful attitude towards guests. I want to refute this right away!!!! We traveled with a fairly large company - 8 people (4 adults and 4 children from 7 to 12 years old). None of us caught rotavirus during the entire rest period. We ate mostly in the dining room at the hotel, but also sometimes visited other establishments. Everything is clean, pleasant and very tasty and hospitable everywhere. There has never been any disrespect from either the hotel staff or the locals. On the contrary, everyone always tried to help.
Sea. It's not a long walk to the sea. I didn't notice the timing, of course, but the sea is very close. We were especially pleased with the sparsely populated beaches. Which was very comfortable.
I would like to say a special thank you to the owners of the hotel for the excellent staff selection. People like Madik and Timur are the decoration of your hotel. Timur will find an approach to any child. Madik will help with solving any issue, and what wonderful kebabs he makes!!! To be honest, I didn't even want to leave, it was so comfortable to be there. When leaving, my daughter cried a lot and couldn't find a place for herself, she liked Abkhazia so much, and in particular the hotel itself and its staff. She barely calmed down on the train after promising to come back again.

We have just returned from Abkhazia. The last time was 12 years ago. This year we have been choosing a hotel for a long time and we have chosen it. Three Peacocks. And they never regretted it. We traveled with adventures. Instead of the scheduled 5:30 p.m., we arrived at the hotel at almost 12 a.m. (the car broke down, but that's a completely different story). The hostess, Lilith, has been in touch with us all day. We took a taxi to the hotel from the border. They met us at the hotel at night, fed us, although the kitchen was closed (there is a dining room on site and this is a big plus). The cuisine here is excellent. For every taste: pastries, first courses, on the grill, side dishes are varied. We reviewed the hotel itself in the morning. The territory is excellent: outdoor tables: you can sit outdoors in the evening, swimming pool. The rooms are cozy and clean. 5-10 minutes walk to the sea. There are 2 shops with normal prices along the way. The hotel is family-run. Lilith, Timur, the administrators, the girls from the kitchen, thank you for our rest. If they ask me where to relax in Abkhazia, then I will definitely say that you have.

We ordered the meals in the dining room ourselves, you can come at any time and take what you like from the assortment. In the cafe, Marina and Garik are the main nutritionists, very kind, ready to go to a meeting in everything. They cook quite tasty, our friends from the neighboring newfangled hotel came to eat with us. There is a pool, but it is small, we did not swim, went to the sea to the right. The sea is gorgeous, there are few people on the beach, but everywhere there are pebbles and a sharp slope into the depth. You can go to the hotel's Nappa pool, it's nearby and the beach there is good. The territory is well maintained and pleasant, although not large. Palm trees, flowers, hammocks, mountain view. They moved into a dirty room, they didn't clean the bathroom from the word at all. Bed linen and towels are stained with strange stains.
Upon arrival, no one met, when the staff appeared, they did not pay much attention either, they had to come up and find out everything themselves.
The food is also on 3-. Often not fresh, yesterday's, just reheated in the microwave. They set fire to coffee from midges near the food, from this everything is soaked with this burning, it is impossible to eat.
For two days they asked for a cot to be brought, since the sofa, which is supposed to be for a third person, is only 1.4 m. When contacting the administrator of Madik, they may not even turn around and answer you with their backs to you.
The pool is dirty, there was no declared animation, music is not even included in the background. The only thing that saved me was that there was a cafe nearby where you could go.
In general, if you know what a service is, you won't like it.

You have the best chefs) Now about comfort:The rooms are clean, air conditioning, refrigerator are working, hot and cold water is always available, a cooler is available on the floor, there is a swimming pool, the water in which changes every day (this is a big plus), I was not afraid for the child's health at all), there are sun beds, laundry, clothes dryers near each room.
Cafe:Awesome delicious food (vacationers in neighboring hotels came to eat), I still remember dolma)) and the baby is a bun)) The prices are very affordable, music is always playing, be sure to try the boat, it cannot be compared with other establishments!

We had a rest in June 2024. The guest house is great. The guidance is excellent. Vadik and Timur are always in a great mood, if you need help, they will not refuse, and they will support you with a good conversation. The kitchen should be improved, otherwise everything is fine. Delicious barbecue every evening. Towels were changed on request without any problems. The pool in the real world is bigger than in the photo.
It's not far to the sea.

If it were possible, I would put 10 stars! Many thanks to the owners of the guest house Vadim and Lilith for our wonderful stay. Now there is a place to stay in Abkhazia. Very convenient location, 10 minutes from the border, we got there quickly, there were no traffic jams at the border, maybe because we passed early in the morning. On the way, I received a message from Lilith that the room was ready to move in and we were expected, it was very pleasant. They didn't charge us a penny for an early check-in.
There is a dining room on the territory, and it's just top, the variety of dishes impressed, everything is very tasty. We rested at the end of August for 10 days, we were lucky with the weather. The beach was chosen a 10-minute walk from the hotel, as it was important for us that there were sun beds and umbrellas. You can also rent a chalet on this beach. We went to the Central Market early in the morning to buy local fruits and berries, as there is more choice at this time. There is a supermarket and a pharmacy near the hotel. We brought a lot of positive emotions with us from our vacation. Many thanks to all the staff of the hotel for the high level of service. We will definitely come back next year.

We would like to express our gratitude to the hotel and all the staff, the service is at the highest level, the atmosphere is full of relaxation. The rooms are clean and cozy, the territory is well maintained, the beach is clean, the food is delicious at home, everyone will find what they like. At the hotel, you can immediately choose an excursion to your liking and at the same time the cost is like that of private traders in the city. There is even a children's corner and an animation program. Parking is our own, it was important to us, since we traveled by car. We enjoyed our vacation very much, we will definitely come back!

We rested with two families for 10 days, from 17.06 to 27.06, we did not like the service at all, we booked two months before arrival, the hostess said you can pay with a card or cash, in the end we arrived, it turned out that they did not have a terminal, i.e. you can not pay with a credit card, they told us, very much an unpleasant situation initially, in 10 days the room was cleaned once, and then because she asked, the towels were changed for the 5th day and then on demand, the sewerage in the living room leaves much to be desired, in room 19 the toilet carries the whole room, the cleaners mask the smell with a freshener, water and light are turned off day and night, without warning, you come from the beach, there is nothing to wash with, the food in the cafe is disgusting, except for barbecue, the rest is frankly not the first freshness, we went to eat in the dining room to Anna on the next street, when describing the room, it was said that everything in the room, soap, shower gel, etc., nothing of this is in sight no, the hair dryer is just a separate story, check when you stop by, or better not dry it at all, it exploded after three minutes of drying, right in your hands! In general, the first time we were there, and we didn't set foot there anymore!

We rest in this guest house 3 times. I like everything very much.An ideal place for a relaxing, comfortable stay. The hosts are wonderful people, very hospitable.The kitchen is wonderful, the food is delicious, and most importantly, high-quality!!! All the staff is very friendly!!! The rooms are cozy and comfortable.It takes 5 minutes to walk to the sea at a calm pace. The sea is clear, pebbles.Great place!!! I recommend it!!!
