A place we'll never return to.
Of all the impressions, the best was the interesting interior. That's it. It's been a long time since I've seen such terrible service. There were 5 people in the company, 3 of them changed the dishes twice because they can't cook them now.
No one warns you about the waiting time. Moreover, the two first courses arrived in forty minutes. The rest of the dishes arrived more than an hour and a half later. The dishes are brought to each guest separately and the rest just watch hungry as he eats.
Thanks for ruining the evening, everything was disgusting.

I would like to leave a review here, maybe it will be useful to someone! My review was kindly deleted on Instagram, and I was blocked))) We had a rest in this place on January 12th, and I'll start with the fact that the name speaks for itself! Everything is like a monkey!!!
Starting from the behavior and communication of the manager, to the staff!
The service is disgusting!
The banquet for 8 people was ordered at 19.00, when they arrived at 18.55 the table was not even secured! The staff themselves decided to change the table, and did not even bother to clarify and coordinate with the customer! Just a minute.... we wanted to put 8 people at a table designed for 4 people!
Even better, they began to set the table, salads were brought at 19.05, when the guests had already arrived, the snacks were not ready for the common table, they were brought gradually, one was even brought after the hot appetizer was served.
In the cream cheese with caviar tartlets (which were carried later than the others), it feels like sour cream was poured instead of cream cheese, apparently the cream cheese ran out and for a long time they could not figure out how to replace it, in total they brought it is not clear what. There were not 8 glasses for 8 people in the whole establishment! There were 7 of them in total, and besides, they were different.
When discussing the banquet, it was clarified exactly about the music, whether it is there, when it is turned on, what style, etc. The administrator convinced that the music is there, in the evening it plays in the background, after 22.00 it is turned on louder and you can dance. As a result, the manager forbade the DJ to play dance music. We couldn't even turn on the appropriate song when we took out the cake, by the way, we also took out the birthday girl's cake ourselves.
What can I say, for such a price it is quite possible to find a better place!
And I would like to wish the manager of the institution and all the staff that at least it would be possible to listen to customers, and not be rude and argue!
I can say for sure that this was the first and last time I went to this institution!
