Visited with kids in early autumn. They offered some family retreat package - and it was great! Nice place, awesome meals in the restaurant. They have a real canary there! Great views - lake and woods. Kudos to the team and management - very caring and supportive.

I was at this place in August 2024. Pros: I liked the landscaping. There are many beautiful plants and installations. Interesting thematic design of the restaurant and terrace. The food in the restaurant is decent, the waiters are attentive and diligent. I really liked the organization of outdoor activities, had fun from the bottom of my heart. Of the cons: a very bad road for the last 13 km., a depressing view of a dying village nearby, some dilapidated buildings are visible across the river. There is also a power line running through the territory by the river, which spoils the view very much. The breakfast food is an ordinary canteen, a small selection, an inconveniently organized buffet, a constant queue, despite the fact that there are few people. About the room: the view from the window to the air conditioners, ventilation does not work, the air was very stale even when checking in, then it got even worse, the windows do not open. The TV is damaged. There are cracked tiles in the bathroom, mold in the shower. There is a dismantled ceiling in the corridor with an air conditioner dripping into a bucket, no one tried to solve this issue during two stays. I will not visit anymore, for me there are more minuses than pluses.

It's a good place! The houses and rooms are in good condition, the territory is well maintained. The restaurant is good, the interior is atmospheric. The menu is quite varied. However, with desserts and sweets, especially with their presence, it was a little weak. The chefs seem to know their business - everything was very tasty. The coffee is good, fragrant, and even reminded me of the Italian cafes of St. Petersburg. The reception and restaurant staff are well done, they work in good faith. The nature is gorgeous, the water in the lake is wet, the oxygen is the sea) I was really unlucky with fishing that day, but at least I managed to catch something.

It's a wonderful place. We were surprised by the scope of the club: a huge well-groomed territory, its own beach, sun beds, hammocks, billiards and more. Interesting architecture, cottages of different levels, different architectural styles. Fairy-tale themes can be traced throughout the territory: three bears, Alice in Wonderland, cages with rabbits in a large number. There is a bar on the beach, a rental point for catamarans, kayaks, and saps. I recommend. Very beautiful sunrises, wonderful fishing, large pike, I saw it myself)

The Three Bears Country Club has a beautiful and pleasant atmosphere, there is a sports ground, a workout, a large and table tennis, a volleyball court, a large sandy beach with a pier of boats and catamarans. There is a children's room with animators. There are two baths with fonts by the river on the opposite side of the club, as well as a small pier for swimming after the bathhouse. Family Chalets, art houses, Two houses called Crystal with rooms for two people and there are rooms for 4 people with a bedroom, 3 huge two-storey VIP houses for up to 12 people. A restaurant with billiards and a cinema room.The sine of this whole "Paradise" is a very bad dirt road with a length of 13 km and the most budget room for a day at a price of 300 BEL. rub. The recreation center is good, there is a lot of entertainment and services at affordable prices relative to Minsk, the road at the entrance is very bad, we needed a car wash, the suspension got a lot of stress. It's a great restaurant. Modern cozy houses. There were some small things missing, a shoe dryer, and sneakers of the right size. The washbasin is too small. The curtains were not closed from the street on the second floor. There were some problems with the Internet and outdoor lighting, but they were resolved quickly. It's a great place! We had a family vacation (4 adults and 2 dogs) in the Barnhouse Compact cabin. The house itself is very cozy and thoughtful. There are some points for improvement, but these are just small things and they do not spoil the impression of the stay (the mattresses are too hard, there was not enough small saucepan). I would also like the house's own territory to be completely fenced off so that the dogs can be released without a leash.
A magnificent breakfast buffet.
We really enjoyed it, we will try to come again!

We drove aimlessly to this place. The accommodation is good, modern houses, everything you need for a family holiday. There is peace and quiet on weekdays.
When booking, be sure to check about the weekend events. A disco with fireworks after 00:00 is a complete cringe. Well, okay, until 23:00, then they scored on all the other guests. The music is pounding, it's impossible to sleep. It's noisy, a lot of people will turn your quiet vacation into hell.
Nutrition issues appear when fully populated.
There were two times. Definitely not anymore. The very idea of the database is good, the performance of the service is no ... alas.

I was hesitant to give 3 or 4 stars, I decided to support the Armtek company's establishment so that they would get better, now more specifically, what I liked and what was not very good:
Like it:
1. The restaurant. Respect to the designer, a very atmospheric establishment with many decorative elements that you can admire for a long time. The atmosphere is better than many central restaurants in Minsk. The kitchen is not bad, I'm not talking about the price yet).
2. Tennis court (outdoor). Rarely in any such places it is available. I would like it to be like this, but closed, for winter and cold autumn.
3. Children's indoor activity areas.
Minuses:
1. There is not a close road from Minsk, moreover, it will take a long time to drive along an unpaved road.
2. Expensive room stock, it was a pity to give so much money in the summer season, we went in early autumn.
3. Prices at the 3 Bears restaurant are at the level of a good restaurant in the center of Minsk.
4. Drinking water is not provided in the room of the Crystal complex, like buy in a restaurant, no comments.
5. There are many construction sites around, a sports and wellness center, a complex with rooms, cottages are being built. The construction site spoils the view, but when it's over, it should be nice.
6. The river and the coastline around (from the side of the Crystal) are not very well maintained, the view in autumn is so-so
7. The beach and pier are also the level of a Belarusian sanatorium, and not a decent country complex.
Something like that)
To summarize: It's worth visiting, but there is no desire to go a second time yet, since there is a choice of decent establishments closer to Minsk and with prices and service, either the same or better.

Great place! We were in the Chalet. Very comfortable, gazebo, hammock, campfire, barbecue, sun beds. A well-equipped beach, sandy, hard bottom, but with hard algae. There are a lot of greenery and interesting landscape solutions around. There are free games and a good children's animator. You can take bicycles, a boat, fishing rods. It's not cheap, really. Cleaning on demand. Everyone is very friendly. It's a long way to the nearest store. And here's about nutrition. We didn't really like the organization. We took full board. Breakfast is convenient - 10-12. But already at 11 there is almost nothing left on the buffet. It's not very diverse. Lunch and dinner must be ordered in advance. The menu is divided into adults and children. It is difficult to choose something in kindergarten, it is very difficult with diversity. Chicken soup with broccoli, mashed broccoli soup and milk noodles. Choose. It is much better for adults, but it is forbidden for children to choose from an adult. Almost all salads were too salty for me. Two balls of ice cream with two toppings 270 rubles. For those who do not pay for meals, there is a commercial menu. If you have a car, it's better to cook by yourself. The Chalet has everything for this

We are currently at the base for the second time. The last time was a year ago, we were satisfied, so we came a second time. We rest for 6 days, everything was wonderful on weekdays, we checked in earlier, the attitude is good, the staff is attentive in the restaurant. All the problems started on Friday, February 14th, with a banquet, and that was the end of the quiet vacation. On Friday, the banquet was held on the lake in a tent, music screams all over the neighborhood, do not rest, do not put the children to bed, everyone who did not participate in the event did not rest, including people who live in houses neighboring the base, now everything continues for the second evening, songs screams, everyone is sitting waiting for it to end (about vacationers everyone forgot, only those who participate in the banquet are important!). The reception does not take the phone, they rest from 22 hours. Everything is broken in the restaurant too, we have a half-stop, dishes are forgotten, confused, side dishes are not brought, as well as ordered drinks, I'm tired of running after the waiter. The conclusion is that we don't know if we'll come again, but Friday and Saturday are just terrible. The staff obviously can't handle so many people!

A super restaurant with delicious cuisine and a magnificent interior. But the price tag and the price of the dishes correspond to a high category.
The territory has everything for sports and a pleasant pastime (tennis court, ping pong, playground with outdoor exercise equipment, horizontal bars), a well-groomed beach, which is cleaned several times during the day, ski and boat rentals.
When buying a paid fishing trip, be prepared to share the catch with local cats.
Excellent friendly and attentive staff at the reception, in the restaurant and on the beach.

Well! And here I finally visited with my family. We stayed for two days. More precisely, a day. 06.11.24. And 7.11 we left for lunch back.
We wanted to stay in the barnhouse, so we booked it. They took the grand. About 100m2. And they didn't regret it.
Yes, so far the area around is only being put in order. But we had our own goals. The houses surrendered only in August. Everything is practically new. Clean, tidy.
The house itself has three rooms. For a family with two children - super!
There is everything you need. From skewers to dishes. I'll leave the photo below.

The road after the border post is graveyard. By the way, don't forget your documents. They are checked when passing the border post. But I can't say that I'm dead. 10-13 km. Kind of.
But it is also justified. We were driving into the forest away from people and it is clear that the road will be through the forest, not the highway. But I think there will be asphalt soon.
Upon arrival, everything was shown and told. The complex is under construction and there will be a lot of new things and a spa and new houses and a landscaped area.

I liked the restaurant in general. As a designer, I appreciated the design.

They wrote that it smells like a swamp. But you probably don't know what the swamp smells like.
The water smells like iron. There is an admixture of it in the water. And that's okay. The skin of the face and body does not dry. I know that for sure. Since purified water is tin. I've been living in the country all summer and I have the same water with iron. The skin is great!
I left reviews of two bars in my insta profile. But in general, I will return there more than once!

We came to rest at this base from the Moscow region . The territory is very well maintained on the shore of the lake , there are boats , places to relax , sun beds - everything is comfortable and tasteful here . We lived in a chalet , a comfortable house , there is everything you need, a kitchen , a stove, dishes, even a washing machine, the beds are very comfortable. The organizers have thought everything through . Now the restaran staff are cheerful , friendly guys . The music that plays there puts you to sleep))))), if you turned on something more fun, we would be there more often. Breakfast, delicious .... But the rest of the menu was not impressed - we expected to try local dishes , but they were so - so . Only borscht left a pleasant impression . We rented a bathhouse on the shore, it's fine.... That's just a Jacuzzi without a footrest, I would like beauty))) and there wasn 't enough light on the street at all . We took excursions to Braslov , such a thing ) you need a cheerful guide - we almost fell asleep . The personal staff at the base is friendly and always ready to help , we were personally lucky with them . Of the minuses, there was only one … that they connected new houses and turned off the lights , and the transformer was working , right under our window, but it was one day , then everything was done and we were in silence . The result is an interesting place , worth your money . We personally didn't have enough fun)))Yes , there is a fish ☝️

A great place to relax with your family or a small company! There is a lake with boats/catamarans/boards. You can go fishing, play volleyball, tennis, ping pong, darts, giant chess, table football, petanque and air hockey. There are a lot of interesting activities for children: in addition to the listed active leisure activities, there is also a cinema with cartoons and a game console.
There is a very cozy and atmospheric restaurant with a singing canary. The food is delicious, local cuisine for 5+.
VISA cards work, which is important in the current situation.
You can rent an electric scooter or bicycle on site, but it is not very clear where to ride them.
There is a cellular repeater right on the territory, so there are no problems with communication. The internet in the rooms is also excellent.
It feels like a lot of effort, money and love have been invested in this recreation center. The landscape designer did a great job, the builders did a great job.

It's a great place!!! Here I want to write and write only positive things. This is one of the most exciting places we've ever been. And it's nice that it's in Belarus with us.
There is also a children's day zone, with swings, a slide and a rocking chair. And an area with a large trampoline, where adults can also jump for joy) And sports areas, with basketball and volleyball areas.
And zones with games, board games and a bunch of other things. The beach is also great. We arrived when the weather was cloudy and cool. But it played into our hands. It was almost deserted. The houses are gorgeous. Everything is clean, tidy, the lawn is mowed. Everyone greets and smiles. The kitchen is also a complete buzz. There is a buffet breakfast. There's plenty of food. In restaurants, there is also an author's cuisine with cool menus. (I won't spoiler)
And the barbecue is freely available. And it is still being expanded and supplemented with new houses and facilities.
In general, you don't even need to think about it. You need to book and come and relax. We will definitely be frequent guests here now. Thank you for the gorgeous atmosphere, comfort and warmth.

The territory is well thought out, the restaurant is in a special style. The fire conspiracy. The beach is sandy, the water is clean, even beach towels are provided. Sauna, barbecues, massage, etc. Unfortunately, there are no trails for hiking in the surrounding area, I do not know what to do when the weather is bad. You can still write a lot of positive things, but the rest is over and 14 km to a normal road must be overcome

Great country club! I would like to mention the pleasant staff in the restaurant, the waiters are super friendly, the food is delicious, the interior is stylish. The territory is well maintained, the beach is clean, with everything necessary for recreation. I was pleased with the interior of the room, I really liked the linen bed! One of the wishes is to add more varieties to breakfast, for example, cereals and yoghurts, it would be great and bottled water in the room. Thanks!

We rested in the chalet. A super house with all amenities, which can accommodate two families. There is a nice beach area on the lake, but it was very windy, so we dipped into the river.
The complex itself is just awesome. We have something to compare it with, because we have visited most of the Belarusian estates and complexes. There is something to do in any weather (air hockey, pingpong, karaoke, cinema).
I really liked the organized bonfire, where we were treated to smoked fish, bacon and bread that could be fried over a campfire.
Scooters, bicycles, active sports, boats, catamarans, playgrounds, billiards and much more.
I recommend it and will definitely come back.

We visited this place as part of a New Year's corporate party. Spacious, cozy rooms, panoramic Windows, all plumbing works in the bathroom, etc. Well-groomed territory, beach and other entertainment. The only thing that disappointed was the kitchen (everything was fresh and edible, but nothing special) and the road to the complex itself. 15 km of off-road terrain will discourage any desire to return here!

Cool ARMTEK chose the place. We did a fairly high-class vacation and a good restaurant. But around most of the villages and agro-towns in the area are just very impoverished, with rare intersperses of farmsteads. This creates some dissonance - everything is cool here for wealthy tourists, and in the area between settlements there are terrible gravel roads along which the suspension rattles like a tractor. By the way, it is possible to approach this complex from either side only on such a terrible road. The places are very beautiful - both the river and the lake, but this provokes the presence of a large number of reptiles - there are many places where you can see snakes - alive or crushed by cars (end of August). The rooms are cozy, furnished with everything you need, there are enough activities for sports and leisure.
