There is very little space for access to the house, the taxi stops at the slag heap, because the guards do not always open it. There is no place to park your car. The gate on the side of the house also opens only by chip, and if you walk, you have to go around all 3 residential buildings and return in the opposite direction to house 20. Not a convenient location
