Traveling with TravelSpace to St. Petersburg and Karelia was an unforgettable experience. All aspects of the trip, from the organization to the escort, exceeded my expectations. I want to share my emotions from a recent trip to St. Petersburg and Karelia.
The well-coordinated work of the tour organizers allowed us to enjoy four exciting excursions on the very first day. A nice bonus was that due to the city holidays, we even managed to postpone the tour of the courtyards and roofs to the day of arrival.
Precise time planning gave only the highlights of your stay in the city: no worries, everything is exactly according to plan, without unexpected and meaningless expectations.
Special thanks to our guide Lyubov, whose attentiveness and care for the group were impeccable. She always kept us informed of our plans, and resolved all issues with ease and patience. I cannot but express my gratitude to the drivers, who, despite the difficulties with movement due to the closures in the city, managed to get us from point A to point B without delay.
The trip to Karelia left an unforgettable impression. The tour itself, the impressive scenery and magnificent views were breathtaking.
A special delight was caused by the ear of red fish with cream — 3 Michelin stars for this institution!
The hotel was very well chosen and we were able to have a good rest between busy days.

The first time we went with the Travel Space company, we were not satisfied. We booked a tour to Moscow a month in advance from Julia. The tour program was reset, all the nuances and sequence of excursions in Moscow were clarified when the prepayment was made. According to the hotel, we were told that we would live in a 4-star hotel in the center near red square, Wi-Fi will work on the bus in the territory of the two countries. All information about the departure was said to be sent the day before departure. As a result, the hotel changed to a 3-star and it was a decent time to get to the center and other attractions. The order of excursions that was written in the program has changed and not all people managed to visit the places that they wanted themselves. On the day of arrival, Red Square was closed, as a public holiday was taking place, which the guide knew about. But the travel agency did not warn about this in advance. Tourists did not even get on it either on a day tour or on an evening one. We are disappointed in Travel Space, we will not go with them anymore. The group on the tour was a team from different travel agencies. I would like to say a special thank you to the guide Valery from the Travelcity travel agency for his patience and clarity. While we were on the tour, he talked about the sights of Moscow, explained how best to get from the hotel to important places and back. It's a pleasure to work with such a guide.

If you want a comfortable stay, I recommend that you abandon the services of this travel agency.
In May, I decided to go on vacation in the summer, and because there was no company, I decided to go alone, I was looking for a travel agency, and I came across this in the recommendations. I went to the site, got acquainted with the options, found what I was more or less satisfied with, and requested a call. A girl operator contacted me, advised me very well, initially I chose one house, but they told me that everything was already occupied and offered another (this was just the second option that I liked on the site) I agreed. The operator said that there would be a very comfortable bus, with all the conditions because to go night day night, you need comfortable conditions to at least sleep at night. I asked to mark that I should be placed in the front or in the middle because I am seasick. As a result, I was consulted, suitable dates were agreed, the house was discussed, all the nuances were discussed, I was told that they would send a contract, I need to get acquainted with it, pay a 120p tour fee, everything suited me, on May 23 we signed a contract, I paid the tour fee and expected a long-awaited vacation, not worrying about anything. I had a check-out on July 30th
But the most interesting thing began on July 29, the day before departure, I was sent detailed information about the trip. As a result, I will live in another house, not the one I originally agreed to. It really upset me, but I looked at this house on the Internet. I compared it and I was satisfied with that option in the prince, one of the advantages was closer to the sea. Accordingly, they did not make any discounts.
But the most interesting thing is, the start was on the bus, boarding was at 20.45, I arrived just by that time. When I arrived, everyone was already sitting, I was given a boarding pass, and my seat was at the very end, a row of 5 people. It would be all right. But there were no seats spread out, and it was very cramped to drive for two nights, even though I was small, I couldn't put my feet anywhere at all. In front of us, people wanted to lower the seats, but we didn't let them do it because we were cramped. It was very cold in the back because of the air conditioner that did not turn off, and it was not clear from where the muzzle was coming from above. When paying for the tour from the driver, I was first on the list (there are 50 people on the bus, my seat is 51, one family bought two seats), based on this, we can conclude that I was the first to book the tour, but in the end I was given the most comfortable seat in the back. And for two nights and a day, I managed to somehow sleep for 6-8 hours. At the same time, my whole body just hurt terribly. Because I was riding in my pants, I was already visiting. I noticed bruises on my knees.
They told us back that we would also go.
We were also all told that we would have a person accompanying us who would have to help us settle and solve some problems. He was not there, and upon arrival we sat on the bus for an hour and a half, waiting for the housewives to come to take people off the bus and settle them.
While we were standing on the street and waiting for the housewives, already after talking with other tourists, I realized that everyone had problems with housing, they wanted one thing, and as a result, the third. Someone who asked to be in the same house was even separated. The hostess of one house said that this agency calls them almost at the very beginning of the tour and finds out about the availability of rooms.
When we arrived at our guest house, my roommate and I were generally escorted to a completely different house, which does not meet our expectations. We lived in the very center, at first we were happy because everything is within walking distance, near the sea, but we were not happy for a long time because it is impossible to sleep at night because everything is buzzing and you can hear how a car is passing, bikes are riding all the ambulances with flashing lights, and you could hear both with the window open and closed We had air conditioning, but it was impossible to sleep under the air conditioner all night.
There was a very small room, it was cramped for two, there was little place where you could put your things, half of them were just lying in suitcases. The bathroom was also very small, a bathroom, a sink and a "cheap" cabin, there was no washing machine where we could wash our clothes, we had to wash something with our hands and hang it outside, there was no wi-fi.
On the last day of departure, it turns out to be the 11th day, departure at 15-16, but we were ready to be evicted from our house at 7.00, but as a result we were given time until 8.00 and asked to vacate these rooms. The hostess said that we could leave our things with her, and "take a walk somewhere" ourselves at the peak of the heat, 7 hours outside, at this time we thought to pack our things, have a little rest before the road, because based on how we drove here, we did not know what to expect from the return roads. As a result, we vacated the room at 8.00, and walked around the city in the heat. The travel agency didn't even think about it, that eviction from houses is much earlier than departure, and that people will need to be in the heat with prophetic for several hours, and do something.
People from the house where we were originally supposed to live, they were evicted at 10.00, and they were sitting with things in the yard.
We took the bus back more comfortably, because one family of 6 people did not go and there was more space.
I do not recommend this travel agency for planning a comfortable stay, because you will not know what to expect. I will not contact anyone else and will not advise anyone to use the services of this travel agency.

I would like to share my opinion about Travel Space. With the help of this company, our vacation in Anapa was organized. I would like to say right away that the buses are new, equipped with wi-fi, in fact the buses are far from 2023 and 2024, there is no need to talk about wi-fi at all, because at first we were told that it works only on the territory of Russia, then that it does not connect to everyone "for some reason" In fact, we were left without communication all the way to Anapa, no one on the bus could connect to it. When we arrived at the guest house after a 32-hour drive at 6.30 am, it turned out that check-in was at 14.00 and we were left to ourselves for the rest of the time, which no one had warned in advance. I will omit the fact that many people were actually settled in the wrong guest houses that they had originally booked, because we were lucky, we were brought to that guest house, but the rooms that were initially shown to us and the rooms in which we were settled were very different, we were booked from 1 the window in the roof, where wi-fi did not pull, in other words, the cheapest, but we also did not initially know about this, but okay ... the most interesting thing was waiting for us at the end of our vacation, when we were evicted from the guest house at 12.00, and they promised to pick us up at 17-18, with no one, of course, on time I arrived and did not consider it necessary to warn that the bus was delayed, when we wrote a message to the manager, she replied that all questions were to the attendant, well, everything in that spirit) when the bus arrived, everyone sat down for another 40 minutes, because it was said that we were sitting in those places, as we went there, but according to in fact, the bus turned out to be different and there were not enough seats. The atmosphere was terrible, because everyone was outraged, shouting, swearing, and the attendant simply could not solve the issue, they connected the drivers ... somehow they sat down, there was no wi-fi on the way back. On the bus, when everyone shared their opinions about the organization, everyone was very indignant and dissatisfied, especially those who have something to compare with, who go on bus tours not for the first time. I would like to say thank you for the fact that the air conditioners were working on the bus and we got there without incident - thanks to the drivers for that. But we will never cooperate with this company again

We decided to go on vacation to Anapa. We found it on the Internet, arranged dates, and booked it.
240 rubles were paid for the tour service for 2 people. For this money, we received 1 SMS about the departure point, and 1 sms about the date and time of the return bus on Instagram, which does not work in the territory of the Russian Federation 🤣
We did not live at all in the minds that are promised on the website in the tour program. There was no Wi-Fi, so the bus was without a toilet, although it took more than a day to go. The return trip was without air conditioning in the heat of 35
The second person didn't even receive a text message about the shipment or anything else.
Cockroaches in the room are called "the presence of insects in the places of arrival" - there is no responsibility. The task of the travel agent is to stupidly book seats on the bus and guest house and that's it. And this is for 120 rubles per person .
I gave the documents to a competent lawyer, let's go to court, because the hair stands on end from such an organization.
There are no questions about the city of rest, nature, the sea, everything was fine. The vacation was a success, but it's a shame that you just pay money, and people can't do their job.

We planned a trip to Anapa from April to June. We chose the hotel carefully. One of the criteria was the presence of a swimming pool. Four hours before departure, we received an SMS stating that the conditions of our stay are changing (we will live in an apartment hotel), which is located near our chosen guest house. As a result, upon arrival at the place, we were settled 500 meters from the selected house, without a pool. Despite the permission to use the pool chosen earlier, the desire disappeared. Another family found themselves in the same situation.
There was no Wi-Fi on the bus on the way to rest, the group leader could not cope with its settings. Moreover, it was also not configured on the way home. Along the way, the bus repeatedly broke down.
For all the inconveniences caused, the tour operator did not even apologize. And during the conversation, there was dissatisfaction on his part, saying that you were complaining.
I will avoid this travel company, and I will not advise anyone.
Unfortunately, the expectation did not match the reality.

Although, according to the contract, it should be. Then this bus broke down too.
But the most interesting thing began later. With grief, we got to the Bali hotel, they tell us there is no place for you and took you to another "grandmother's house". They move into a doorless room with a shared toilet and bathroom, with other strangers

I am writing a truthful review about the travel agency Space.by . This is the most terrible travel agency that we unfortunately got into. At first, you find cheap vacation packages on the site and everything seems to be fine, as it was with us. We booked a tour as on the site in Anapa for 10 days at the Golden Lions guest house. The day before departure, we are told that the price allegedly changes according to the exchange rate and we are told to pay an additional $ 19. Agree, it was done very plausibly. And the day before departure, we are told that allegedly there are no places in the guest house that we have booked and we are being moved to another one. This situation already looks strange. According to the documents, we are in the "Golden Lions" and the same value. And in fact, we have to pay an additional amount that we took from nowhere, and it is unclear exactly why such an amount. Allegedly, the hostess of the guest house changed the price because of the course. So, after asking the hostess, she first heard about some kind of surcharge. The question is, where is this money going? And the next arrivals who came after us to the same house were also outraged, how strange it turned out that if we already knew that there were no free places in the Golden Lions, and the next tourists came and also said that they had been moved to this Bali guest house.The Travel Space travel agency conducts incomprehensible schemes. They also speak and lay out comfortable buses for tourists. It's a complete lie-our bus broke down on the way 4 times. The air conditioners didn't work, people just got sick. There was only the word "escort" from Vlad's escort. Fortunately, he was fired. The only people who want to say thank you are the drivers. I do not recommend contacting this travel agency to anyone. Incomprehensible schemes and arrangements with the hostess, incomprehensible amounts that need to be paid. The most negative impressions about this travel agency.

I highly do not recommend this travel agency / tour operator. We planned a trip to Dagestan, signed a contract, it was only later that we noticed that it would raise a lot of questions. They took vacations specifically for the trip, and as a result, in 3 days they say that it will not take place and offer to postpone it, but these dates are no longer suitable for us. As a result, the planned vacation did not take place due to the fault of the travel agency, although it was initially clarified that the departure was guaranteed. During these 3 days, it was not possible to find a tour from other tour operators, there were no more places. I think this is not professional, if you see that the group is not being recruited, warn in advance, and not 3 days in advance, when a person can no longer do anything. Unfortunately, I did not read the reviews before signing the contract, but just liked the beautiful picture on Instagram. I have been using the travel services of various travel agencies for 8 years and only one travel agency managed to ruin my vacation.

I do not recommend it! We went to Dagestan on 07/08/2024. When booking, the manager said that all buses are equipped with wi-fi and air conditioning. As a result, there was no question of any wi-fi. According to the attendant, it never happened! The opportunity to buy a SIM card in the territory of the Russian Federation was also not provided! We spent the whole trip without Internet (wi-fi was only available in hotels, where we arrived late at night and left early in the morning). There were air conditioners, but they couldn't handle the heat either.
With regard to the organization of the trip, we can say that it did not exist in principle. We spent 3 nights in the wrong hotels (guest houses), which were discussed with the manager and which are stated on the website. The accompanying person did not inform us about the reasons for such changes, we were simply brought to the wrong place and in fact informed about it. We spent two nights in houses in the mountains, where the owners of the house lived in neighboring rooms with their young children. The houses were good, but the presence of owners and children was uncomfortable!
The food is the same every day! For breakfast - oatmeal on water, one boiled egg, bread, butter and tea (photo attached). Lunches and dinners are also of the same type, but better (soup, pilaf, miracle, fresh vegetables).
A separate complaint to the accompanying Jan, who did not perform any organizational functions. Yana's role was only to announce sanitary stops along the way. We drove in silence all the way, we received almost no information about Dagestan and its sights. There was a complete impression that Yana was not going to work, but to rest and hang out with her friends from Dagestan. She didn't care about the band, she had her own plans for every day. The biggest problem is very long journeys between locations (3-4 hours), and we spent 20 minutes at the location itself! As a result, after long journeys, there was only enough time to run and take pictures of the scenery. You will have to enjoy the beauty only from photos.
Conclusion: the beauties of Dagestan are very impressive, but if you want to admire them only from photos and spend your vacation on the bus - you are welcome to Travel Space!

Hello! 18.05 returned from Dagestan. I liked everything! I really wish the timing was better. For example, they say you need to be on the bus at 10, but at 10:15 there is no one except the drivers and a couple of tourists, then you don't have much time. A terrible company. You bought a tour to Anapa from 08/5.24 to 08/26.24 In the contract, you do not pay for travel to the place of rest, but for an information service for the selection of a tour. Payment for accommodation takes place after passing the border in the Russian Federation. The departure was from Bobruisk, and was picked up on the Minsk- Gomel highway. The bus is old, wi-Fi was announced, but it did not work. They asked to bring the same thing back to Bobruisk, they threw it out on the highway again.

We went with the guys to St. Petersburg for the March holidays. We thought it would be cold and we were going so early in vain, but everything turned out great! There are very few tourists, the city is just beginning to come alive, so we go to any institution and there are practically no people!
There are no questions about the organization. We signed the contract remotely, we didn't go anywhere to the office, it's convenient!

This is the second time that TravelSpace has organized a corporate trip for us! The first time we went to St. Petersburg was in the summer of 2023, and now we went to Moscow in mid-March. Once again, everything went great: we lived in the central part of Kitay-Gorod, which could not but please. The guys are young, the guys know their stuff. I also flew to Turkey myself at the end of the summer through them. The guys have a very nice office!

A tour to St. Petersburg for the new year departure on December 30, 2 months before departure, an agreement was concluded and an advance payment was made. As a result, 3 days before departure, we are confronted with the fact that the date (not the time, but the date) they unilaterally changed the departure, either you (the clients) are going on a new date, or write to refund the funds (this is what we did, an application for a refund was written, sent to the messenger and to the mail)I will not voice how much money was lost over the total in order to still go on a planned trip on a scheduled date.
As a result, the money was not returned to us, we did not even receive a response to the application! they do not pick up the phone from our numbers, the social network replied once with a monosyllabic sentence "we will clarify".

Keep in mind that if you encounter problematic situations during your vacation, this travel agent will first stubbornly ignore your messages, and then unsubscribe to you -I quote verbatim: "Our task is to sell you a tour, make a payment, transfer data to the operator." That is, they will frankly answer that the essence of their service is to withdraw money from you, everything that happens next, as soon as you have paid for this money, does not concern them. From now on, I will book a hotel and buy tickets directly, I see no point in paying people just because they know how to use the Internet and at the same time do not have the slightest idea about a quality service.

Despite all the positive reviews, I will add my own not very good one. My friends and I decided to go to Dagestan this year and when choosing an agency, Anastasia's manager was very convincing and our choice settled on Travel Space. As they say, nothing boded ill. However, in the first minutes of boarding the bus, it turned out that our seats, which we had booked and paid for, were OCCUPIED!!!! Of course, they did not give in to us, because other passengers, as it turned out, also paid for the reservation. As a result, we drove in two places near the doors in the middle of the cabin, which were not completely postponed for a comfortable trip at night. In addition, in Makhachkala, the hotel did not have enough places for everyone, four of us and another couple were settled in a completely different place, we had to take a taxi to breakfast, carry things and look for a place where we could eat, whereas everyone lived in a hotel where all the amenities were in place. I would like to add that we have not visited all the places stated in the program. No one organized dinners in the national style, even for an additional fee. In addition, on the way back, an overnight stay was announced at a transit hotel in Voronezh. In fact, there was only a short rest and a second night move in a row, which was very badly rescheduled. And the cherry on the cake!!! I wrote to the travel agency about the refund of the money for booking seats while I was still outside the Republic of Belarus. Dear manager Anastasia replied - OF COURSE. A week after arriving from a trip, I was reminded of myself. And in response, SILENCE!!!. Of course, it's not about money - it's a small thing, but in relation to the business you are doing and to the people who trust you. We will definitely not plan our next trips through Travel Space!

I am absolutely outraged by the work of the travel company Travel Space! How is it even possible that they warned me about postponing the trip just half a day before the expected departure?!
I spent a lot of time and energy planning this trip. I had planned to relax and unwind, but instead I went into stress and hassle. There would have been at least some respect for the customers if they had warned me in advance. At least a few days in advance so that I have time to prepare for the new date.
And what kind of meaningless excuses are these? Some unforeseen circumstances and technical problems?! This is simply unacceptable. Some level of professionalism!
Before entrusting your trip to this company, consider whether it is worth wasting time and money on excursions and hotels, which can be rescheduled at any time. I'm completely disappointed in this company and I'm not going to deal with them anymore.

Organizing a tour from Travel Space is just a nightmare. We went with them on a bus tour to Georgia (to Batumi). I will describe the problems further:
1) We were supposed to leave on August 5, but 2 days before departure we were informed that the tour was postponed to August 9 "due to a change in the transport chain." As you can see, all vacations have already been agreed upon. There was nothing to do but agree. They promised a discount of 20 cu per person (more on that later)
2) They should have warned you about the departure time and the bus number a day in advance. As a result, they found out almost by force at 17:00 that the departure would be at 9 am.
3) as a result, the WRONG bus arrived for us in the morning, which we were told! Another one arrived, who took us to Gomel, where we were transferring. It's not critical, but no one bothered to tell us that the bus will be different!
4) The day before departure, I clarified that the tour program and the hotel remain the same. I was assured that nothing changes! We were supposed to go to the White Sails Residential Hotel. As a result, already in the atobus we find out that we are being taken to the "Orbi See Tower"! But as a result, we were settled in the 3rd hotel at all! In the "Orbi City"! Upon check-in, we were met by people who just held 5 cards from different rooms in their hands and said "Choose any one") but! 6 couples came to check in! And one couple just didn't have enough room! It turned out that they had booked an insufficient number of rooms. In the end, the issue was resolved, but one girl had to stress out and cry.
5) About the discount. As a result, in astobus we were offered to pay the FULL cost (without the promised discount of 20 CU per person). And then thanks to the attendant that she got into the situation, read the messages on Viber and eventually charged us a discounted amount.
6) I forgot to write) Travel Space positions itself as a tour operator. And they said they were taking the tour themselves. As a result, we found out on the bus that we had been transferred to the tour operator Zefir Travel. At this point, it became finally clear that "changing the transport chain" was just an excuse. Apparently the group did not gather and we were transferred to others.
That's how the rest went.
Of the advantages: we still visited Batumi.
Of the cons: absolutely the entire organization of the tour!

We went to St. Petersburg for three days+Karelia, the trip itself certainly made a great impression, but the organization was just terrible, when we booked the tour (we were traveling by train), we immediately stipulated that we needed one lower shelf, one upper shelf, we were assured that this would happen, as a result we had two upper shelves in the last compartment right next to the toilet, and all our the guys from the group found themselves in the same situation, no one had a lower shelf, and many had upper side shelves, and people traveling together had seats at different ends of the car. On the way back, the situation was similar. Moreover, all the employees of the travel agency politely replied that they had nothing to do with it. We specially bought a train tour to get there comfortably, but in the end we just had terrible impressions of the road.

It all started with the registration of the contract, we dropped all the necessary documents, after which our manager disappeared, we tried to contact him for several days, but nothing worked out. We decided to contact another company, but two weeks later the manager called us back, said that he had been to the hospital, and if we had not changed our minds yet, we can conclude a contract. Since the offer was profitable, we decided to try it anyway, but we had already arrived in person. When we arrived, they told us that we were just put in a no-show, we decided that it was an unrequited manager and still signed a contract. The day of departure came, no one contacted us about the place of departure and time, we called ourselves, we were told to expect an SMS, they sent an SMS, but there was not a departure time, but a cancellation of the trip, in less than a day we were informed that we were not going anywhere! But it didn't end there, they promised to refund the amount paid, they said the accountant would contact us the next day, but of course no one contacted us when we arrived at the office, no one knew at all that we were supposed to get something back. The result is a ruined vacation, wasted money and time.
