Overall, it's a relatively good apartment.
The advantages are location. From the sea, from cafes, shops, bars, etc.
The air conditioners were working, and so was the Wi-Fi. Blinds are great. It's a pretty quiet place relative to the noise from the pubs.
But the picture on the Internet turned out to be a "licked" reality. The apartments are much smaller in size than the declared ones. Except for the generally useless balcony area. Why is it useless - it's terribly hot in the sun. In the evenings, when we were there, it was cold.
The cleanliness of the floors leaves much to be desired. A feeling of disgust at the sight of the sofa.
It's noisy from the main street to the sea in the evenings. But this is not a quiet area of Antalya at all.

Small but lovely rooms. We had access to a balcony overlooking the mountains, the sea and the street, there was also a drying rack for things. There are also black-out curtains in the bedroom, creating complete darkness. The kitchen is small, but there is everything you need and a normal-sized refrigerator. There is a sofa in the room.

We were at this hotel in May, excellent apartments, constant cleaning, the owners constantly clean everything, clean the pool every morning, there are two air conditioners in the room, floor-to-ceiling Windows, at night or when you leave, you can close the room completely everywhere electric blinds. Snow-white double bed, WiFi, TV, large full-fledged refrigerator. In general, I recommend just a fire for a holiday with a soul mate, 7-8 minutes walk to the beach, a lot of pestles nearby, a beautiful park and of course a gorgeous embankment. On Shark Beach, by agreement, the hotel's customers get free cool sun loungers, but only on weekdays, on weekends it is paid, but nevertheless. Definitely like it - I recommend it. I would definitely go again.

Cleanly! (I compare it with the neighboring Meide) it's cozy as at home! An excellent administrator, you rarely meet such people. So hospitable ☺️ The advantage of these apartments is that they give you a map, you show it and the Shark Beach Club provides free sun loungers. And their sunbeds are 1000 rubles / day. It is profitable objectively! Shark has the most expensive ones along the coast. The music is great.
There is no washing machine in the apartments, but there is a microwave, a large refrigerator. A stove, clean frying pans, etc., after each wash the room with bleach! There are shampoos. There is a balcony. SOk and stop on Ataturk Boulevard around the corner) from the nearest food station - Tavuk Doniesi is nearby! There is a poppy by the embankment. I do not recommend establishments for tourists, the food is G and the price is x3. Better Roberts coffee and gloria jeans then. kubana is a cool place

We lived in early January 2022.The rooms are cool, everything is modern. The dishes are all that is necessary. It's very cool. The bed is comfortable. Shower, toilet. There are a lot of places to eat nearby. Migros is nearby. We also cooked by ourselves. But....we lived on the last floor. Periodically, water was drained from the hot water tank onto the roof. It was especially audible at night. It seemed that the horses were galloping... I explained it to the administrator. In the afternoon, we managed to shoot a video of how the overflow occurs. The administration has not done anything. Although it would be enough to put a hose on the pipe and determine where the water will drain. We moved to the second floor - we can hear the air conditioner in the bedroom....

Very clean. There is everything for life: a kettle, dishes, soap accessories. Blind shutters - it was very dark, we slept well!)
There are several restiks and a cool coffee shop nearby. Hayycoffee! The beach is 10 minutes away at a leisurely pace.
From the nuances: there are restaurants with live music nearby, just keep in mind that until one o'clock at least on weekends they will be shouting and very loudly.

Nice hotel. The photos match. Furniture, repair in good condition. Cleaning, change of towels daily. The kitchen has everything you need: plates, cups, spoons, forks, knives, saucepan, frying pan. Stove, microwave, refrigerator and kettle. The sea is a 5-minute walk away. There are a lot of cafes around. There is a Migros market nearby (reasonable prices). The territory is small, clean and cozy. The pool is 1.40 m deep. The beach is pebbly, the sunbed is 15 lira (1 lira is about 11 rubles). I recommend Robert Cafe from the cafe (on the embankment), they have the most delicious coffee and sweets.
