The gym may not be bad, but if something happens, you can easily be thrown for money. I spent almost a year in this gym, then in March 2024 I extended my subscription for 3 months. A month and a half later, the gym was closed for repairs (of course, it was strange to sell season tickets if you plan to close for repairs). I was contacted by vostup and informed about the closure (for 3-4 months!). They offered to either freeze the subscription or transfer it to another branch. I was not satisfied with both options, so I asked for a refund. After that, they just stopped responding to me. I wrote it myself several times, but there is no answer. After the stated period (3-4 months), the hall did not even think of opening. I wrote to them again demanding a refund, but they didn't respond. Less than a year has passed since the closing (and the hall closed in April 2024) in January 2025, the hall opened. When I got there, with a plan to get to the training, they told me at the reception that I didn't have any abominmet. I was contacted by the supervisor, and I explained everything to him and sent him screenshots of all the correspondence. They promised to figure it out. After some more time, they contacted me by phone and told me that they would sort it out within 3 days. But by the end of February, no one had refunded my money or renewed my subscription. I contacted the manager, he told me that the money was returned to me back in April 2024. When I was asked to provide a document from the bank stating that the theft had been committed, they replied that they currently did not have such information. That is, half a month after the opening, they could not confirm that the money had been returned to me, and they did not restore my wallet. It doesn't give a damn about regular customers. So if you're going to go to this gym, then think carefully. They'll spit on you at the first opportunity, and you won't see your money either.

There is drinking water, showers. You can order a workout with a trainer. I studied with Alexander. He's great. Explains not only the technique, but also how things happen in the body. Which muscle is working, which mistakes should not be allowed. In general, the client is satisfied)
