Positive:
+ beautiful apartment, everything is new, clean
+ two minutes to the beach and restaurants
+ air conditioning in every room
+there is a park within a minute walk
Minuses:
- very loud. On one side there is a main road, a constant traffic jam, everyone is beeping, motorcycles are riding. On the other hand, restaurants, bars, night market, attractions. Karaoke on the ground floor😂 and on the other hand, the construction site. You can't sleep with the windows open, everyone walks until morning.
- the reception can't solve any problems at once. The card is broken - pay 20 € and wait for a couple of hours; the parking card does not work - it will work in two days; the sewer on the balcony stinks - a plumber will come tomorrow (they waited three days, it turned out that one plumber had a son, they celebrate with the whole team - they taped the sewer themselves) and so on. Taking into account the fact that we pay the management fee of 150€ per month (this does not include water and electricity). They can't call a taxi - "go outside, there are a lot of bombs there."
- the territory is dirty: since March, the fountain has been repaired, pipes are sticking out of it, all the tiles have been removed; garbage is not cleaned on the territory, steers, dog excrement, bottles are lying in the scorched grass, there are no garbage cans anywhere.
- dirty windows that no longer show anything. They say at the reception - why wash them, because it's going to rain. You can't wash them yourself, because they open from themselves and only 15 cm away.
- The SPA is the most expensive and not the best in the city. When I was there, they crossed out the prices in the brochure with a pen and wrote twice as much. Only one of the three saunas is working.
A magnificent hotel and apartments. The sea and mountain views are stunning. She lived in a studio apartment.Clean, comfortable, lots of towels, cleaning and good sound insulation. It is a 2-minute walk from the sea.The view from the rooftop restaurant is something.
Fantastic view from the restaurant! Plus, how many breakfast options to choose from + the possibility of an additional one.ordering from the menu. I ate 2 types of breakfast at once, it was enough almost before dinner))
Ideal for a family of 3 people! A very cozy, neat little hotel! Delicious breakfasts, balconies in every room. There is a great market 100m away with a selection of fresh products. The sea is a 5-minute walk away.
I liked everything: the location is convenient, not noisy, beautiful view from the balcony. The room has everything you need for two, including a washing machine. Attentive and responsive hosts unobtrusively but pleasantly surprised us with small surprises. Wi-Fi works around the clock with good speed. Montenegro itself is a wonderful place to relax! I advise everyone.
The hotel is great! Very pleasant communication with the service staff, attentive, helpful. Good breakfast, room- justified the number of stars. The excellent location of the hotel - the sea is nearby, the beach, shops, market, everything is great!

We haven't been to the hotel, we've been to the restaurant. great view, best service, delicious food, salty bread)))
I really liked it. Cleanliness, cozy minimalism, friendly hosts, a fairly favorable location (near cafes, shops, market, bus station), 15 minutes to the city beach with a calm step, 20 minutes to Mogren with a quiet step.
I recommend the apartment for a vacation!
Location - 10 minutes to the sea slowly, magashchiny and cafes within walking distance. The room is clean, they clean and change towels every day (they ask if it is necessary), there is a refrigerator, air conditioning, hairdryer, TV. The room had a balcony overlooking the mountains - beauty. The disadvantage is the lack of an elevator, it is difficult to climb with bags

Our friends rented an apartment in this house when they were vacationing in Budva. We went to visit them. Overall, the house left a good impression, a good modern high-speed elevator. The apartment itself is bright and clean. However, there were a minimum of dishes in the kitchen, it is inconvenient for long-term stays, especially when you are on vacation with children. In the evening, when the balcony is open, you can hear the music from the disco from the disco, which is located on the embankment, and this music ends very well. You can also hear how specialized machines are removing garbage from the garbage dump near the house, and garbage is removed very often in Budva. They are great here!!!
Of the disadvantages: there is a lot of mail in the entrance near the mailbox, it is piled in boxes and near them. And so everything is fine, you can come and live. Moreover, the house is located near the coastline, in the center of Budva, and 600 meters from the Old Town.
Not a bad apartment, towels were changed and the room was cleaned every day, a nice balcony)
The only negative in my opinion is the mirror opposite the bed and an unregulated shower, the rest is not even bad
I also want to mention the polite staff at the reception, the Russian-speaking staff, ordering a taxi if necessary.

Nice place, beautiful view, clean, linen change and cleaning every day. The beach is 3 minutes away, restaurants that are 10% off downstairs, 10 minutes to the seafood market)
