Completely negligent attitude to your work! The train ended up in a spoiled mood. The guide is completely indifferent to the process and blames the customers for all the problems. We took a trip to Rosa Khutor, under the guise of climbing to all heights of the cable car (including 2509 m), they sell a completely inappropriate excursion. Knowing that on this trip it will not be possible to climb to the height of the Stone Pillar due to lack of time, they still give customers just such a tour. Not to mention the rest of the declared program (which was basically absent). Plus an incomprehensible lunch stop at this nearby tavern, where we waited for the unfortunate soup for 1.5 hours! Instead of admiring the beauty of the mountains, which have less than three hours left to enjoy! I highly recommend not contacting this company!

We went to Rosa Khutor on 06/24/24. There is simply no organization, the manager did not really explain anything when buying a tour, as it turned out later, retired parents were entitled to a benefit when buying tickets, but no one mentioned it. The bus is comfortable, with air conditioning. A completely incomprehensible and stupid check-in at a cafe with a tasting of honey and powdered wine, the price-quality for dinner does not match at all. Instead of the declared fountains in the Olympic park, they were brought to another place, there was very little time to admire them. And the cherry on the cake: they forgot the woman at Rosa Khutor, the bus just left without her.

The organization is at zero, they brought food to a cafe where they waited for more than 2 hours, they were late for the cable car, respectively, without hitting the highest point they wanted, the guide communicates with tourists boorishly, the bus is stuffy, the air conditioner did not work, or rather it worked on its last legs In general, we should have received a lot of pleasant impressions from the tour, but we got one disappointment Rating -100
