The hotel is just wonderful, clean, beautiful, cozy, stylish, we were welcomed, despite the fact that we did not book rooms in advance, but fortunately there were empty seats. The hostess cooks amazingly, bakes herself, the breakfast was very tasty. I recommend this place to everyone, you will not regret it.

Very rude hosts. We booked a room at a nearby hotel. When we drove up by car, we parked on a city street opposite the Travel Inn Kazbegi, because there was an empty space and no signs, markings that you can not park or that this is a private territory. As soon as the suitcase was unloaded from the car, the hostess (or the staff, she did not introduce herself) came up, began to say that since we were not with them, we could not park at their hotel, she supposedly had an agreement with our hotel that everyone parks at their hotel. I told her, OK, no question, now we'll take the suitcase to the hotel (10 meters) and I'll park the car. It was obvious from us that we had been driving for a long time and were tired. Why carry a bag back and forth to the car. It was possible to go to a meeting. But no, the woman began to say that we should remove the car right away, because guests came to her, she began to threaten that she would call the police if we did not remove the car now (although I even doubt that she has documents for a part of the city street along her hotel to expel us). I understand everything, the locals have their own arrangements, and parking spaces were a little further away. I don't mind. But why behave so rudely? We are, as it were, also guests of the country and agreed to their terms. It's great that she cares so much about her guests that she chases everyone who doesn't pay her money for a room like a kite. But what really makes a person chaotic is how she treats people who don't pay her money and her colleagues on the shop floor. And yes, she spoiled the mood with her rudeness.

I liked everything, the hotel is made in a modern style, cozy rooms , good attitude to guests, we are not staying for the first time, everything is super 😊
