The staff is responsive, all problems are solved promptly and professionally. But, there is a big problem with parking. A small parking lot is packed to capacity with cars of bank employees. Nobody took care of the visitors. At least hang it on hangers on trees. Or, you have to park somewhere far away, sometimes two blocks away.
And yet, although it seems like a trifle, but this is a very important detail. With coolers, there are usually no disposable cups at all. If there are not enough funds, then it would be possible to offer visitors, as if in the old way, to take water in the palm of their hands and drink. But, of course, hygiene does not allow.

3. There are a lot of customers, I do not know what is the reason for such popularity of the bank. That's where I took the star. Operators, some are in no hurry to serve customers, although, as I said, there are many customers.
4. The deposit system, card opening, and replenishment all work perfectly. There is an application through which you can not even come to the bank. Well, if problems arise, then at least you can come to the bank itself and solve them, unlike other online banks, well, this is another topic.
