We went on October 24. I really liked the hotel! Great big ship theme! A beautiful atmosphere, as if you are inside a large ship! Excellent location, lots of shops around, the sea is a two-minute walk away. There is a bar on the beach. Russian-speaking staff, decent food, lots of good alcoholic drinks! Coffee, cocoa, ice cream. There were no huge queues! The rooms are clean. There is a children's room where children really try to be interested! Good children's animation! Adult animation is also on top! Special Thanks to the animator George!!!! We are not very active guests, but he was very unobtrusively and competently able to persuade me to take part in their games! Darts, volleyball, water polo, dancing, karaoke, disco - everything is there! We were satisfied! Thanks a lot to everyone!

We had a rest from 12.10- 20.10.
The food is delicious and varied for me, I don't understand what many are not happy with.
The sea is clean, that's a fact.
The rest... Well, that's it. We arrived on 12.10.2024 in the evening, and
on 14.10.2024 the workers dismantled the pier with sun beds (literally dismantled: even the boards were removed, leaving only the iron), there were a lot of people, and they had a kind of closing season. I think Anex should warn about such stuff. Although piers were functioning in other hotels. The beach is small, the sun beds are close to each other, you turn around and there is a complete feeling of the beach in the Krasnodar Territory ....
They clean really badly, you check into the room, and there are some chips, pebbles, dust in the corners. In bars, the tables are often sticky, with spilled and dried drinks, the restaurant is relatively clean, by the way, we also saw cockroaches, which we wrote about here, by the way, we also saw running around the table in the bar in the main hall and in the restaurant in the area of honey and breakfast cereals...
When checking in, the reception staff for $ 100 tried to help us arrange three rooms are closer to each other... The staff did not bargain, and we refused. As a result, we were settled in three rooms located as far from each other as possible, but this did not bother us.
In the room, the refrigerator is in a drawer, due to this it does not get cold from the word at all, we had to remove it from this drawer...
There are really no urns on the beach. There are probably a dozen tables for the whole beach.
Wi-Fi in the rooms is 1.5 points out of 10 (I don't say anything about pictures at all, even messages don't load), good Wi-Fi in the farthest rooms, where the view is exclusively on the roof of the restaurant ...
The audibility in the rooms is simply phenomenal...Do you want to know how your neighbors live? You'll find out. Don't you want to? You'll find out anyway!
Two of our company caught something intestinal, these two were swimming in the pool... A coincidence? Well, maybe so.
Overall, 3*, not 5*, of course
PS. As a result, they forgot to pick us up from the hotel on the day of departure, here is a separate greeting to Anex))))))) after the call, the guide was taken away, but they didn't really mind the money for the "express delivery" to the airport)))))))

We rested from 08/25/22/10. Excellent hotel, despite the fact that the rooms are a little tired, everyone is cleaned, the food is delicious, a lot of variety. There are also different events every day. Also every day: water aerobics, step, shooting, discos. To go to the sea for 3 minutes at most, a hint, to go to the sea towards the bow of the ship) at 12 a snack at a bar by the sea. If you leave the hotel to the left, there are plenty of souvenir shops, and there you can also exchange money for their currency, if you go all the way to the traffic light, you can walk to the supermarket (Migros, payment only in lira)
The hotel itself has a large swimming pool, warm, and plenty of sun beds. I've read a lot of bad reviews, but it doesn't match the description at all. Yes, there are shortcomings, but they are not so global, so go, relax, I advise you.
