In my opinion, this is the best auto parts store in Grodno. Good prices, which are often lower than competitors, also have an excellent discount system (if it were extended to 9% it would be super at all). Employees select high-quality spare parts, although I rarely use their services. The speed of delivery is also important, in 90% of cases everything comes on time, which I can't mention at other stores. Of the minuses, I can single out a small area of the room, queues and a day off on Sunday, but these are all trifles. In total, I have more than 100 orders in this store.

I arrived at 9:20, the store is closed, they don't pick up the phone, but (perhaps) two managers, with bags of food from a neighboring store, came in and closed. The point of such a job?! If you want to eat, you eat at home, but you have to work at work!

They type, they sit in phones, but only 1 of them serves, and then slowly, pauses between people for 2-3 minutes. It is unclear why. Irresponsible attitude to orders. Unclear logistics and the origin of spare parts. I ordered and paid for the TRW radiator fan sensor, brought Lucas, which was a little cheaper in their catalog at the time of the order, and FAE was found inside the unsealed box, which they can order 25% cheaper at any time.
They shrugged their shoulders at the claim and offered to refund the money (naturally, to the card for an indefinite time). No one checked the order, we hoped that it would work anyway. The question arises: how many customers of this office have bought Patron-level spare parts in a box from the Hella-level brand?
Unfortunately, the goods received from suppliers are not rechecked by the store's employees, therefore, by paying for a spare part from one manufacturer, and without rechecking the markings on the box and for spare parts, the customer can install a spare part from a completely different manufacturer on the car, cheaper, and, accordingly, in most cases, less high-quality.
I think in this case, the difference between the brand name, even if they are part of the same production concern, must be coordinated with the buyer. For example, the same Lucas and TRW sensors are completely different items in the price lists. The presence of a cheaper brand spare part in a box from a Lucas spare part must be agreed upon, especially if the package is not sealed by the manufacturer. In addition, doubts are reinforced by the complete lack of information on the Internet that LUCAS is a packer of spare parts from the Spanish FAE.
No refund was made, because the seller stated that it was necessary to present a passport to refund the funds paid - despite the fact that an hour earlier, the goods were received and paid for by me without presenting a passport.
