The waiters are great, I liked the service, the prices are fabulous, everything is homey. The interior is impressive, there are many historical paintings. The most important thing that I have highlighted for myself is the absence of smell from the kitchen. Overall, the cafe is very cozy.

I liked the place itself, in the very center of the town, tastefully decorated, pizza supper, not all types of Italian pizzerias are capable of this. The only disappointment is the meat pellets, I came across a glass of a salid size. They apologized, they don't know what an apology from the cook is, but if the child got it?(((I hope I was honest. In general, the place is good, family friendly.

We came with a company of 3 people. I can't say that the workload was great, but it was quite difficult to get the waiter's attention just to get the menu, they passed by and did not pay attention to us from the word at all. After about 15 minutes, we received the menu, immediately made a choice, but then - again, the quest to attract the attention of the waiter. The order was very simple, but as it turned out later, even the waitress couldn't write it down properly. I wrote down one of the 3 servings of coffee, and they did not start making it 40 minutes after accepting the order. The service is disgusting. One of the waiters was sitting at the table for visitors and folding napkins, apparently they don't trust him with anything else.
It was also very annoying that there were people (apparently local) who came later than us, and received food much earlier.
I do not advise you to visit, because you will most likely stay hungry

The staff did not warn about the cooking time, I had to sit for 40 minutes waiting for the order, during this time it was possible to cook better, and not serve half-cooked.The cafe is open from 9.00, but for some reason the kitchen is not ready for customer service by 12.00. The dishes are dirty, the appliances are black. Personal without special clothes and hats.
The impression is not very good. There is no desire to visit such an institution at all. I don't recommend it

Unfortunately, I cannot agree with the positive reviews above. We waited a long time for at least someone to take the order. Waiting for dishes for about an hour (just pancakes). Moreover, there were those who came much later than us, but the dishes (hot) were brought to them much faster. The devices do not have a clean appearance. It was the first time we met that coffee was prepared and served later than hot dishes, considering that they were ordered at the same time. Unfortunately, I can't leave a positive review(

The most pleasant prices among the cafeterias of the Braslav region. The serving of the dishes is extraordinary, the dishes themselves are delicious. The cafe has a pleasant interior, there is a good bathroom, many places for visitors. We noted delicious ice cream for ~ 3 rubles / 2 balls, we recommend it.

The only waitress is very friendly and friendly, but unassembled (they did not come to us immediately; they clarified the order several times; the menu is not extensive, but the waitress returned again with the news that something from the order was not in the kitchen or that the side dish was a separate item on the menu). The dishes are basic, cooked OK, they are enough in volume to satisfy hunger. According to the composition of the menu: there is one type of soup; there are no desserts. Wifi was not working.

In the summer of 21, Viva Braslav visited with the whole family. Even on the way to Braslav, I noticed the cafe 1803 Tradition, the name is very etched in my memory. I promised myself to visit this place on the way back. The litmus for me was the combination of "1803" and "tradition". Well, at least I expected Belarusian cuisine in all its glory.
And that's the very day H, pretty tired and hungry, we're on our way home. Inevitably, we draw ourselves pancakes, pork rinds and something like that. It turned out to be completely different. The entire menu fit on one A4 sheet, of which exactly half was an assortment of piz, exactly 1 soup, 2 hot and a couple of drinks. The first feeling of the pancakes in my mouth evaporated like lightning. And that would be all right, maybe there really is the most amazing soup in the entire Vitebsk region, and a rich selection of second courses based on a social survey since 1803 has been reduced to several, BUT what dishes. But no, to try the whole extract, the squeeze of Traditions since 1803 would have to wait 1.5 hours!!!!!!!! We turned around, turned around, but hunger won, and the next roadside cafe accepted us. At least I thank the staff of the Traditions for their honesty.

For an institution, as for me, this is a great way to get a good check and feed people.

We attract the waitress's attention after 5-7 minutes, then we get the menu. We look at it, we choose it quite quickly. The waitress comes up, starts listening to the order, some woman from the staff comes up to her from behind and the waitress with the words "not yet, that's it, then I'll come up" leaves the table. 0 explanations of the reasons, 0 of any service.
Next, we wait for about 5 minutes, the waitress comes to another table, and begins to literally "poke" and ask: "Did you order pasta?". No one understood the meaning of such a movie, but apparently the goal was to say that something was not available.
Next, we ask you to accept the order, to which we receive a response from the waitress: "what's the point, they (the chefs) won't even start cooking ..." (while the workload is ridiculous 3 tables are sitting for 3-4 people)
As a result, 15 hungry and quite intelligent people are not fed, get up and leave.
I also note that there was no mistreatment of the waiter, there were no rudeness. We just came in and sat down.
Total: just don't go to this place, it's probably made for locals or something like that. The worst service.
To the owner of the establishment: To teach the waitress who worked 08.08.2021 around 14-16:00 minimum standards of service and communication. You won't believe it - both the check and the tip grow from this.
It is advisable not to take kitchen workers or any cleaners unnecessarily into the hall, so as not to interfere with the waiters.
To the waiter (the girl): I'm sorry, but on 08.08.2021, around 14-16:00, you did not receive (read lost) about 20 rubles in tips. I hope you will improve for the better, good luck!

Beautiful interior and exterior of the building. The dishes are not expensive. That's where the advantages end.
In 15 minutes, not a single waitress came up in the restaurant and to place an order, you had to go to the checkout yourself. The menu was also not given - take everything yourself.
The variety of dishes is small, the menu itself has low-quality photos of dishes (as if they were taken on a phone and photoshopped to a beautiful background) and by no means cause an appetite.
Although the hall was almost empty, the order was accepted reluctantly and as if dissuading him from doing it, because "there is already a queue of several people in front of you." The order was asked again.
I would like to improve the quality of local service.

The main disappointment of the summer of 2021. We go to Braslav Lakes twice in the summer for the fourth year in a row. Since the summer of 2019, we have never driven past so as not to stop at this cafe. So, it is very noticeable how the cafe is losing ground every year. There used to be so many famous pastries, hand-made dumplings, but every year the assortment became smaller. And what happened this summer is not clear at all! That in June, that now, in August, there is no baking, dumplings are not cooked until autumn either. But that's all right. The service has slipped to the level of actually not having this service. You have to wait 15 minutes for your order to be accepted, coffee is carried for 20-30 minutes, although it is not cooked in the kitchen, it is made by a machine in 1-2 minutes. As a result, the salads were brought to us in an hour only, and the pizzas were ready in an hour and a half. And in between were chicken nuggets and French fries for the kids. And the nuggets were not fried. At all. Pale in color, cold as from a refrigerator and wet inside - they really weren't fried at all! When I brought these nuggets back, they were fried in 3 minutes. What were they doing there for more than an hour before that???
In general, as much as we used to be devoted guests of this cafe, we are just as disappointed now and have decided that we will no longer stay with them. It's a shame that they have slipped so much.
