I am disappointed with the service of Toshiko Sushi Shymkent. After the last mistake with the order, the operator promised a bonus next time as a sign of apology. Today, after making a new order, I reminded you about the previous correspondence (the message with the date is indicated), the operator accepted the order, but did not add anything. The courier brought only the paid set, but he said about the promised bonus: "There's nothing else."
When I contacted the chat, the operator started being rude and said that he allegedly had to write and attach the screenshot again. This is completely absurd — all their chats are saved, and any adequate operator can view the history of correspondence. Instead of apologies and respect, rudeness and disregard. And then they just BANNED me to hide their posts.
