Amazing consultants. We communicated through insta in general politely and everything is clear. But when ordering a bouquet in 2 days, they just forgot about the order. Despite the fact that day after day, 30 minutes before arrival, I warned them again that I was already on my way.
The quality of the colors is terrible. The petals are falling off, and all the flowers are crumpled. These are exactly the same as in the photos from other recent reviews.
My husband was picking me up, so I saw it late, there was no time to go anywhere before the event and change something.

I ordered a bouquet online.
Everything is fine in the photo (although it is not possible to assess their freshness). Upon receipt, hardly anyone stands and goes through each branch until the courier leaves to look for flaws, especially on his holiday.
A surprise awaited us two days later. When the flowers just wilted.
If you're willing to pay for a joy that won't last long, then I recommend it.
All the presented bouquets felt great, but for some reason they were not ordered from this organization.
The manager replied to my complaint only that the storage conditions on our part and the temperature regime were violated. A small vase for this bouquet, and in general, everything is not like that with us.
When I asked what the temperature regime should be for the colors, the answer was -2 +2. That's the twist. It is a pity that you do not provide information about this when ordering and do not publish information about what conditions should be for flowers and how to take care of them in this case.
The room temperature is also not very suitable for them.
So keep in mind that this is not a low-quality product from the seller, but your storage conditions and temperature will be violated. If the flowers wilt in two days.
The fact that some of the flowers feel great and continue
to stand perfectly, while the other half just wilted. There was no response from the seller.
This is the first time I've encountered a similar situation.
Unfortunately, the flowers are a non-refundable item. Even if it's of poor quality.
