After my request, they contacted me quickly enough (about an hour passed) and informed me that they had disassembled my laptop and found that this small bolt was missing from the cooling system, at the time of the call I was informed that the bolt had already been screwed in and just clarified after what time I would be able to pick up the laptop. There is a clarification right away, no one reported on any price of work, it is also indicated on the website that diagnostics is free (in fact, to diagnose the hardware component of the laptop, it must be disassembled in any case and subsequently assembled). After I came to pick up the laptop, I was informed that the price for this service is 50 rubles. I will immediately clarify that no cleaning of the cooling system or replacement of thermal paste was performed in the laptop. After my question, why is the price like this, if you specify that the diagnosis is free, I was informed that: "The diagnosis is free, and the assembly and disassembly of the laptop is 50 rubles." After I heard the amount, I reported that it was too expensive for the usual assembly and disassembly of a laptop, after which the price dropped sharply to 25 rubles, which I paid. Now the question is, at this rate, would I be able to bargain up to 1 ruble, or does the return of one bolt to its place really cost 50 rubles and this is indicated in some price list?
