I met barbershops for the first time here!
In general, I liked it! Polite staff, clean workplaces, cool in summer, no unpleasant smells. Perhaps there are better places with a newer renovation and a more beautiful interior, but everything suits me here.
I get my hair cut all the time at Konstantin's. In a couple of months of my visit, he grew up to be a TOP barber! Congratulations to him!!! Always does great. I'm happy with the haircut every time!
By myself, I like to get a haircut in silence, even though I am a sociable person. They respect my wish here. Therefore, I enjoy the haircut, high-quality service and silence!

Convenient location within a 5-minute walk from the metro, polite receptionist at the entrance, tea and coffee were immediately offered, and as for me, great music. I would also like to mention Barber Ivan, who magically could do incredible things out of difficult situations. Definitely 10/10

The barber is nice.
I needed a haircut urgently and decided to trim my beard.

They pulled my hair a couple of times (but the scissors are a bit blunt). I didn't get a kick out of turning my head, but these are small things. And at home I saw that the ears were in my hair.
In terms of beard cutting. It immediately seemed normal, but I realized at home that it wasn't. Critically, one mustache was sawed off, and I had to make an Italian mustache and trim my beard to make it look good. Now you need to grow it. The lower part was well done, the contour was good, the longer part was great, but now it's gone. Only the contour is not very smooth, but acceptable.
Wax is still bullshit, too much hair remains, there is no point. Better with tweezers already. The price on yandex.maps for it is 10 bun, in fact it turned out to be 20.

I've just almost visited this wonderful place... Why almost? Because it turned out that despite the pre-appointment at 12.00, the necessary specialist would be only after 16.00, when asked how it was, all he heard from the administrator was: "I understand ...". He did not listen to what she understood, thanked her and said goodbye. No, I understand everything, people can get sick, some circumstances can happen, it happens. The most unpleasant thing in this situation is that no one called in advance, did not warn, they just confronted me with the fact upon arrival: "There is no specialist." In general, the last time it was cut here it was good, but the work with clients here is at a level below the baseboard.

Master Artyom chose according to the rating (5 stars and more than 1000 haircuts) and budget (45 rub /haircut). Even making allowances for the first visit (new master/ new client), I won't give even 1 star (curved temples, a "wave" at the top, a trimmed tuft, lack of symmetry and even levels), it feels like even in the "Barber Shop" they would have done better.
It is worth noting that when I contacted the administrator on the next day, the problem was recognized and the money was returned, offering solutions.

Disgusting. It started with the fact that I signed up online at 16:55 for a free window at 18:30 for Mit. On the way to the barber at 18:11, a girl from the salon calls me and informs me that Mitya will not be able to accept, arguing...."he needs to pack his things-we're going abroad." And he offers to be accepted by the only free barber (Maxim). He agreed to his head, which he regretted once again. From conversations in the barbershop, it turns out that part of their team leaves at night by bus to Moscow for a party in honor of the 10th anniversary of the network. That's such a "good reason" it turns out.
The service was beard modeling. When asked about the wishes, it was said: leave the length of the beard. As a result, Maxim shot so that 2 months ago I had a longer barber than after this visit. The hair on the beard remained sticking out, i.e. no styling or shaping took place. During the haircut, the ears and eyes were covered with hair that remained (I noticed it already at home). I sincerely want to believe that this is the case and I am "so lucky". But this is the first and only time when I turned to this network and managed to screw up twice. There is no desire to try again.

And if you don't notice it that way on weekdays, then it's very much on Sat/Sun. The windows are open because, sorry, it's summer outside, and in the morning, not at all quiet and uncensored conversations accompanied by smoking begin.
