I read the reviews and decided to apply. But! Since reviews can also be ordered, it was decided to find out from colleagues and friends who you can give the laptop to for repair. I was so surprised that it turns out that several of my colleagues use the services of master Vlad from top-it. When I picked up the equipment, I received recommendations and an explanation of the cause of the breakdown.

We were in this service on 23.03. The breakdown is relatively simple: reinstall Windows. The OS itself stopped working due to a system update. The wizard completed his task, but he set up such a crooked version that there was absolutely no Windows Defender, the system updates and the Microsoft Store did not work. Accordingly, it was impossible to continue using the laptop. I had to reinstall Windows on my own. Just wasted money. Apparently they decided to completely remove the system updates after complaining about them or what??? Nonsense, but apparently this is not enough, so even after the repair, the bios settings were changed. If it were possible, then 0 stars were left. Terrible service and terrible job
I want to express my gratitude for the prompt repair of the laptop. Clearly, quickly and for ADEQUATE money, the laptop screen was repaired, without which staying for a long time was not an option at all. I recommend. Thank you.
