(employees of one service station do not communicate with each other at all and only kick the client to each other) I have only one question - is it really impossible to do everything "turnkey". the client has a problem and this problem needs to be solved, and in what ways, this is already a secondary question. Then it's more fun - the guys start making diagnostics and then bingo "their adapter does not read at all" this machine and accordingly they cannot make a diagnosis. After that, I use my adapter to proofread the machine and show all the errors. After that, the masters say, "well, maybe, probably, most likely we will be able to do the car on Saturday" (it was Tuesday), although before that it was about "day to day". A curtain. The procedure is standard, nothing special. But after installing the wheels, the mechanic wiped the wheels so that there were no traces of dirty hands! It seems like a small thing, but it's attention to detail!

Without notifying me, the customer, the masters began to search for the problem! We couldn't find the problem. By the diligent efforts of the craftsmen, as much as 2 (TWO) hours of work were spent.

Referring to the wage rate, which is 1 hour = $ 25.
Result: the car drove in one question at a time, and left the service on a tow rope with the words: "we can't help in any way."
