I recently visited the Top beauty salon, and I was absolutely delighted!
The atmosphere in the salon is very cozy and relaxing, which is especially pleasant during the procedure. The nails look great, and the design I was offered fits my style perfectly.
I would especially like to note the attention to detail and customer care: all tools are sterile, and during the work the master shared useful tips on nail care.
I definitely recommend this salon to anyone who wants to treat themselves to a high-quality manicure. I will definitely come back again!

I want to share my experience of visiting the Topbeauty manicure salon
I recently used their services and was absolutely delighted! I did manicures, and I can say that the masters are real professionals in their field. They work carefully, with attention to detail, and the design is simply amazing!

I was here for the first time, doing nail extensions. There was practically no one in the cabin, but it was very comfortable for me) pleasant music, cleanliness. The master warned that it was better not to do extensions because the nails are short and can break, but I had a birthday ahead of me, so I wanted a build-up. During the process, the master was polite, took into account all my wishes and in general the work turned out great. I really liked the result and my loved ones also appreciated it. Would I come back here again? Definitely yes , I recommend it

I was here on 05/31.24 for a manicure with a coating, and after a couple of days a piece of gel fell off, I wrote to the salon, I was offered repairs on the next day, (they did not take money for repairs) on the same day after repair, after 3 hours, a piece of coating falls off again, I write again I am recorded on the next day and they take money for repairs, while the master tells me, "hmm, you shouldn't have cut it out yesterday, so it fell off," and I pay for it))) Well, OK, I think the main thing is that everything would finally hold! Although I'm at a loss why I should pay for repairs! After another couple of days, the coating falls off again from the nail that was repaired just the last) I have no patience anymore, I write again, but there was no desire to go 3 times and there was no time! I'm also trying to find out what I paid for and why?!
When the coating fell off completely through no fault of mine) to all this, the answer arrives to me "..we apologize.."

In the end, I am offered a refund at a convenient time for me, I can come up, I suggest not to take the money, but to deduct this amount from the subsequent record, and that's where we stopped, I did not plan to stop going to the salon, at least I could try to change the master if it continued like this! Then after ~ 5 days I write to the salon again in order to sign up, during this time the coating managed to fall off again for the fourth time)) and they don't answer me, although they usually answer at the speed of light, I think okay, I'm sending "?" the answer comes, "unfortunately there are no places for June" My surprise was great that this salon has no places when there are so many places that you can record the whole area))) I don't think for a long time, I look at the online recording system and see that there are a LOT of places!!! I am writing to the salon again with the question, how come there are no seats if you have them?)) at this point, I was completely ignored, well, as with me, so am I! Uh, I decide to sign up online on my own, but the system won't let me in, since my number and I, as a client, are BLACKLISTED! Can you imagine?! instead of solving the problem, they decided to get rid of it, but that was not the case))) After all this, my last message was to prepare immediately the amount I paid for a poorly performed service + for the money unfairly taken from me for repairs and, of course, the book with a sting! To which I was never answered again, as well as to my previous messages about the record and the blacklist))) completely ignored! I come for a refund of the funds I paid and a book of complaints, although while it was going on, the complaint was not planned, I calm down quickly "and I prefer to avoid it", but it was not there)) I was refused a refund)) motivated by the fact that too much

Make a conclusion whether it is worth coming here! And in conclusion. The verdict of another master, my nail plate was ruined, it was all sawn out and in the pits! Which in the future can serve as a big problem for the health of nails! From friends who went to this studio, there are also only negative reviews! I will never advise anyone!

I have never had such a disgusting manicure anywhere ((I left the salon in tears with cuts on each finger for my own money.
When the receptionist asked if everything was OK, I said no and that I had a lot of cuts, poorly treated cuticle, burrs sticking out. Plus, the whole manicure was very painful for the master. But no solution was offered to the problem. They took a full price for the service and did not issue a receipt.
I do not recommend this salon!!!!!!

March 17th was my first and last visit. I did a manicure with a long-term coating. I paid about 90 rubles with an additional fee for strengthening. On March 23, the coating began to move away from the base (less than a week later). I faced this for the first time, I do the coating without interruptions for more than 5 years, the wear period is always min 3 weeks.
On March 24, I wrote to them and attached a photo. The reaction, to put it mildly, is "no". They didn't offer anything. Neither redo it at a discount. Neither fix the job. 0 customer orientation.
Now I have to spend 2 hours of time again in a week and pay for a new manicure in full.
Dear salon, if you are opening in an expensive area, you need to take care of your reputation and build a customer base, and not only conduct a beautiful insta.

I did a French jacket in this salon, I had to immediately re-sign in another one, since it's just a shame to go with such a manicure. When asked to leave the length, they cut it in half. Everything is crooked, with bumps, blisters. The cuticle is cut off badly, just torn with tweezers. In the process, she said she didn't like it, but the master said that everything would be fixed in the end. It didn't fix ... It all cost 95 rubles + the same amount now needs to be given for rework
