A separate point is the toilet!
It's also very dirty there, rust is crawling from a metal canister of air freshener along the sink, the paper holder body is broken and somehow glued together, a fringe of dust hangs from the hood, there's nothing under the soap dispenser and everything flows right onto the floor and then you carry it all on your shoes...
I understand, but you don't seem to have a snack bar. at the gas station, judging by the prices, all this really creates a bad impression of your establishment and reminds you of disrespect for the guests!

I have always loved this coffee shop for the staff and delicious drinks, but after the last visit my opinion has changed. I ordered a Black Lemon drink with me, which I had already taken more than once, so there was no reason to doubt the quality of the preparation. After I left the coffee shop and tried it, I felt a distinct taste of mold. It's very sad, because for 9 rubles you don't expect something like this.

I live next to a coffee shop. As much as I would like to come in quickly and drink coffee, I'm going away. It 's very dirty . Tables and chairs are always dirty. For the dog, there is the same dirty bowl with dried water. And it's always dirty from the very early morning, when there are no people, empty tables and an idle employee of the coffee shop.

We have been here many times, everything was fine before: good service, delicious food, good attitude. The last few times everything has become much worse: the hair in the dessert (to which the girl at the checkout said that it wasn't they who were preparing these desserts and it wasn't their fault), then the hair in the tea. The tables were not cleaned at 2 p.m., when there were no people at all. The steps at the entrance are now very slippery, there are no mats or warning signs, a friend fell and hit her leg hard.
Now they have either relaxed or have already switched to such a service concept.

To be honest, I'm shocked. The last time bubble tee took mango coconut, it tasted great. Now I took a strawberry tarot and I'm sorry it tastes like milk with notes of nuts with strawberry balls. So little tarot mixture was put in that it was not felt at all. Not only does it taste disgusting, but the lids are over and you probably don't need to warn about this, go and pour this milk over yourself. The horror!!!

IT'S A DISGUSTING PLACE! The milkshake bubble was being prepared for about 15 minutes, it's dirty around, it's 28+ outside and there's no air conditioner! They brought a salad with a 2x2 piece of chicken, and in the photo there is a lot of meat on the menu. Cutlery was brought, and SOMEONE ELSE's lipstick was on the fork. Most of the positions are not there, there is NO change either! The bathroom is just awful!!!!!!! I've never set foot there in my life, HORROR!

There is a large selection of food, you can easily have a snack with a croissant or have a hearty lunch with a delicious bowl with chicken. We often visit this place, we always liked everything, this time we decided to try bubble tea.. We ordered a large one (700 ml), as a result we have a small one (500 ml). We also took a large cappuccino. For some unknown reason, a cappuccino with a volume of 450 ml is more than 500 rubles.. The barista girl is unpleasant, no smile, no hello..
The tables are not cleaned.. neither on the terrace, nor inside..
I would like to see nice and friendly girls back, as they were before.

Desserts are stale, they don't know how to make and serve banal oatmeal, there are big questions about the menu. Coffee tastes like burning, that cappuccino, that espresso, that latte, so also the proportions are not respected 😡And the last time the cappuccino was served cold (apparently stupidly poured milk directly from the refrigerator for more than half a glass), so it was also served in a glass for lemonade😔 I gave this coffee shop a chance, now I finally advise you not to waste Time to go to more decent coffee shops in Minsk-mir!
