My favorite coffee shop. Being in the center, I will definitely stop here for coffee. The coffee is very tasty. I love a variety of drinks: cranberry espresso tonic, Black lemon (it was Took who once introduced me to these drinks). The food is also very tasty: bowls, sandwiches.
There is an influx of people, but I understand perfectly well that people choose this place.
There have never been any problems with the service, the girls and boys are great fellows!

It's a nice cozy place. The area is small, but you can almost always find a place inside, and there are also places outside. The menu and price tag are standard for tuks. The baristas are pleasant and polite, the drinks are great.
When visiting, it is worth remembering that, unfortunately, there is no toilet in the institution.

I am not writing a review to employees. Questions only to the authorities. There is such an influx of people that the staff cannot serve everyone on time. Hire more, equip the space for quick maintenance. I was so saddened to see such a picture! I could have tried your coffee, but I just couldn't even buy it. The employee simply couldn't keep up with the queue. He had to do everything in puffs. People come out of all the cracks, the barista breaks up and apologizes. What's going on anyway??? Where does the budget of the institution go with such a flow. Where are the comfortable conditions for employees and customers? Work on it.

I bought an ice latte with lavender in this institution, I have never tasted such disgusting coffee anywhere else , the espresso portion is very small that it does not even feel like it, the ice does not melt enough after 6 minutes , which can be said about the taste it looks like pills, not even lavender , the staff is a welcome minus only for coffee

The food is delicious, of course, BUT it is made in a hurry. They are open from 8:00, but it feels like the employees of this institution have not yet woken up and 10 customers are not welcome. Rude communication, long acceptance of orders and not according to the queue. The goal was to have a delicious meal and leave in a good mood. After such a service, the desire to return disappeared altogether.

They poured coffee syrup in such a way that it is simply impossible to drink it. In addition, the syrup was clearly not the one I asked to add, the amount of espresso in the drink is questionable, the coffee doesn't even smell there. I decided to ask the staff if they just made a mistake / got it mixed up, to which they replied that they had done everything right. Besides, there was garbage floating in the drink, probably also according to the recipe, for decoration. Thank you very much, I don't advise anyone.

when branded drinks are served (those with donuts), they do not explain that the donut needs to be removed, no matter how obvious it may be to the staff, it is not obvious to the child, the child sipped coffee and turned everything on himself :) when asked why nothing was said, they were rude to us and said that it was logical and obvious, I also brought spoons and tubes.
later, when they asked to pour whipped cream on top while the child was washing his hands (in another institution, because there is no toilet here), and we offered to pay for it, we did it for free - thank you, of course, but they were rude endlessly, while being presented for lack of politeness, although there was no incident yet, we communicated very good-naturedly and politely. as a person who has been working in the service sector for several years, I can say that employees in general are not interested in guests, are not positive, are rude and think that everyone owes them. a convincing request to the authorities to raise their salaries and give them good motivation, they came for the first time because of the idea, but faced such an unpleasant interaction. maybe I'll give another chance to the took coffee shop located at a different address, but I won't come to this one and I won't advise anyone)

There is nothing on the menu except standard (cappuccino, Americano, espresso, latte) and non-standard milk drinks (fried latte and the like). If you want something without milk and at the same time not standard espresso / Americano, you will not find anything. Toasts, by the way, are so-so.
P.S. cappuccino is not cappuccino, rather latte, but also not very latte-like.
