Toma Cafe in Tulkibas village, with a huge assortment of dishes and drinks. The interior is standard, the main thing is clean and a large hall.
The food tastes not particularly refined, the cuisine is average. The chicken samsa is not very good, but it's normal with potatoes.
I liked the tea with milk, the service is fast, which is the main thing.
Prices are certainly more expensive than in other places, but there is little choice there.

We stopped 2 times on time for a trip to Almaty, everything in the building is beautifully clean, we didn't like the prices, it feels like the sellers are trying to rob to the skin, both times we stopped only at the whim of bus drivers, for the first time the driver directly aggressively said that they would go to the "tom" apparently they feed him for free toilet as everywhere on the highway, the road costs 100 tenge.
