We spent the last 5 nights of our vacation here, it was the 4th hotel in Fukuoka, which we chose and did not regret!!! The reception staff is very helpful and very friendly. They didn't charge extra for a child of 7 years old, it was very nice, they settled in quickly. We lived in a room with a sea view, admired every day!! The hotel has many locations, free bicycles for guests and a gorgeous swimming pool. The breakfast was very pleasant, with variety and quality, it's a pity that the pizza disappeared after the departure of the bloggers, but otherwise everything is great.
The only drawbacks are cleaning, then they will forget something, then they will come early and then they will forget it altogether. But these are small things. We rented a bike at the hotel and enjoyed driving to different parts of the island.

We are absolutely delighted with the hotel, the girls at the reception are well done, they solved all the issues, always helped, the staff is excellent, the food is very tasty (especially for breakfast soup, special thanks to the cook) clean and cozy! We will definitely come back here

An excellent hotel for its price, the pool is just awesome, the service is also excellent, it is located high, but carries a golf cart, so we did not experience any problems, we would gladly have stopped by again if not for the pandemic😔
