Have the chefs changed or have they decided that it will go well for regular customers? I always order the same sushi set. Previously, there were more fillings and the set looked neat, sushi of the same size. Now not only is one big one that doesn't fit in your mouth, the other is smaller and crooked, as if a 2-year-old child was sculpting, the rice is falling apart, it's impossible to take sushi with chopsticks, stuffed with the same nonsense, they began to put much less, so it's also uneven. Yesterday, when eating, I couldn't understand why there was an extremely unpleasant smell in my mouth while chewing, I thought it wasn't a fresh ingredient, but no, it was the shrimp boiled, but they didn't peel it. Guys, that's not why I pay more than 100 rubles for sushi, are you serious? The opinion of you is starting to deteriorate faster and faster.
Sushi is not delicious, these are the most unpalatable baked rolls that I have eaten, it feels like all the rolls are just with rice, all taste the same

It's just terrible! Yesterday we ordered a sushi set ("Terribly tasty"). According to the map, the waiting time is about 1.5 hours. We ordered at 18:45, delivery was scheduled for 20:10. OK, weather conditions, load, and all that. But, listen, they started recruiting you at 20:30, all the time is busy. How did you get through, asked a question: "Where exactly is it?" To which we verbally received a formal eruption and a promise that the administrator would contact US. OK. We are waiting. At 20:45, the driver called back, clarified that he would deliver it within 10 minutes (he had to give it back, he had met the deadline at that time). I reminded him once again that we are waiting for a call from the administrator. As a result, the order was in our hands at 20:55. Considering that there was a whole company of us walking around, the situation is unpleasant. This set was ordered for the first time. And we won't do it anymore. Because the edible sushi was only with salmon and partly with shrimp. You can't really call other lands, I'm sorry. It tastes like nothing at all. I would not say that they are falling apart, but they are not a single whole. Wasabi is not sharp, like some kind of cream (I don't know, maybe it's just defective). As a result, count on long-term delivery (you can order in the morning, maybe it will arrive on time), lack of compliance on the part of the administration (they do not call back, apparently, they believe that if sushi was delivered, then the problem is solved), and order only those sushi that you tried in the institution, because this set is straightthat you do not need to order for more than 60 rubles. One of the advantages is the polite communication of the staff. One star for that.
Addendum dated 11/24/12. I will raise the rating by one star. Customer orientation is still there, the manager contacted. He is extremely polite and friendly in communication, apologized for the situation, explained the nuances of the work. We also agreed on the issue of compensation. We will give the organization a second chance soon.

I was amazed that Oasis was playing in the evening. Unfortunately, the usual sushi bar music was already playing in the afternoon. It made my head hurt. The interior is minimalistic, but there is decorative moss on the wall. Beautiful girls work. For their sake, you can come in more often. I was in the institution itself, there are no dishes, everything is taken away, this is immediately a minus. I ordered kimchi ramen with roast beef. Instead of roast beef - boiled beef, instead of kimchi - only the smell) then I read - and it's really kimchi sauce, not cabbage. In general, it is delicious and so, it turns out to be stupid, not phobic, but OK.

I ordered and paid, my husband took the order, and he did not know what I was taking. Order: hot serving of M size and hot serving of L size + sauce and water 0.5. We arrived home and started eating. I noticed that two portions are the right size. This is the first disadvantage, we continued to eat without hesitation for a long time. I ask you to give my husband water, but there is no water. Not only was the portion made smaller than in the order, but the paid water was simply not put in!!!! This is just an abominably irresponsible attitude towards customers!!! Just because of such situations, I NEVER want to come to you again.

We made an order on the website, the time for delivery was set at 22.05, when the operator called, he asked to postpone delivery to 22.30, because there was a lot of workload. As a result, at 23.05 we just received our sushi. Neither the courier nor the operator could resolve this issue, we were promised a call from the administrator in the near future and we did not wait for it. They promised only the accrual of points for the next order, but how do we understand why we need them if there may not be a next order…We were not thrilled with sushi either, but this is secondary…

I ordered yakisoba with seafood to take away 126 Dezhinsky Ave., it's just terrible, the noodles are filled with a huge amount of soy sauce so that hell is all floating, pieces of some kind of raw carrots, and finally the most important ingredient of this dish is seafood, which as it turned out there were only a couple of baby octopuses and a little squid.
