We ordered the Temptation set and we are delighted with the rolls. The delivery was fast and very convenient. The rolls came fresh, and the look and taste are just amazing!
I would especially like to mention the work of the call center specialists. They were very polite and professional. I couldn't make up my mind, and they were happy to tell me the perfect set of rolls that fully met my expectations.

I recently visited tokiny (Kalvaryskaya 33) and was absolutely delighted with their tom pits! The soup turned out to be a real culinary masterpiece. The broth was rich and fragrant, with a perfect balance of acid and pungency. The shrimp and squid were fresh and tender, while the mushrooms and takuan added incredible flavor.
The service in the establishment is also commendable: The administrator, Katerina, helped with the choice (they couldn't decide for a long time) The atmosphere in the restaurant is cozy and inviting, which made our evening even more enjoyable.
I definitely recommend tokiny to all lovers of Thai cuisine! I will come back here again to try other dishes from the menu.

The price–quality ratio is good - the portions are generous, and the prices are quite adequate.

The quality of delivery and service have deteriorated significantly. If 3 years ago everything was great - we ordered almost every day with colleagues for lunch, now everything is fine, today I gave the last chance, but even then they messed up.
They KEEP forgetting to put the sauce on.... Or some kind of dish. Is it really that hard? I don't believe that you have such a large number of orders right now in the afternoon that the poor picker /admin doesn't have time to do it just at random, well, I won't put chopsticks here, you can do it without sauce, but here you can also add soup.
And in order to deliver it, this is generally a separate story, the administrator does not call back immediately upon request, the dish is already cold. And if there's no microwave, who cares?
The attitude towards customers was completely disappointing. The delivery service does not want or try to solve problems and behaves as if the customer is to blame. It's a pity that the service has deteriorated so much. Although there are no questions about food....

I ordered a new set of "Hush-hiss" at your establishment and was pleasantly shocked! The set includes tuna Tartare roll, shrimp roll and salmon rolls, and each of them has become a real discovery.
The tuna Tartare roll was incredibly fresh, with a rich taste and wonderful texture. The tender tuna went well with the sauce.
The Fiji shrimp roll turned out to be very juicy and flavorful, with a distinct hint of chili catfish. And the salmon roll was just great! The tender salmon melted in my mouth, and its freshness was complemented by the perfect rice and other ingredients.
The serve of the set was neat. The delivery was also fast, and all the rolls arrived in perfect condition.
I will definitely order again! 🌟

Recently, there have been a lot of questions about the point on Kalvaryskaya 33. We used to order takeaways during lunch, but lately we've been coming less often. The broth seems to be cooked on rotten chicken, although there have been no questions about vegetables/ meat / shrimp in the dishes so far. The noodles became very tasteless. We ordered pad thai with shrimp, it was impossible to eat because of the disgusting burnt smell from the noodles, although the rest of the order tasted good. The staff quickly replaced the dish upon request, but the sediment remained.

I don't want to order there anymore, because the second time they spoil the food, apparently the cook needs to be fired, since he doesn't know how to cook. Because ramen is not a soup with water in which everything is drowned and floating. There was almost no chicken, I didn't find shiitake mushrooms at all, they even regretted noodles! Chicken Chili tomato ramen is just a name, but it's a poorly cooked soup with water.
Miso soup was also with water, tofu was small, Mushrooms were also 2 pieces maximum.
Poke with chicken is a salad turned out. Because I mostly ate arugula leaves and corn. Little rice, little chicken, 2 tomatoes)
Everything arrived cold.

On 12.03.2025 at 19:35, order No. 47200 for one sushi set was placed. The application stated that the delivery time was 70 minutes. Ordered. The operator girl calls back and informs us that the order will be delivered within 1 hour and 20 minutes. We agree to such a time. After that, a message arrives that the deadline is 21:11 (that is, 25 minutes have already been automatically added to the waiting time). We waited for this time. The courier calls and says that he is delayed for 10 minutes. We agree to wait for this time. After 15 minutes, I had to call the courier and ask him where he was. The courier answers this question by saying that he is trying and that time is not the only thing that depends on him. I ask the courier to take the order back to the restaurant, to which he replies that the administrator will contact me in a couple of minutes. Another 20 minutes passed and no one called back). The question will be for the administrator.: what should happen there that on a weekday off-holiday sushi delivery takes 2 and a half hours? And on what grounds don't you call your clients back?

The dishes are cooked deliciously, served aesthetically. A wide selection and assortment of sushi and drinks correspond to what is stated in the menu. Delicious soups. They don't issue checks. They only give you the order receipt, although the courier is with the terminal.

The NOODLES are TASTELESS!!!
I ordered 1+1 noodles with chicken on 14.01.2025.
There were a couple of pieces of chicken. A lot of bean sprouts, peanuts, and noodles. The noodles are DRY, as if without sauce.
I will NOT order anything else from TOKINY and I do not advise you!!
