I get my nails done at Anna's, everything is clean and most importantly very fast. Gel polish is perfectly worn, although I don't take care of it. The receptionist is always polite, and it's three minutes from the subway. An excellent specialist and a master of his craft.

I do not recommend going to the manicure master Arina. Unfortunately, I visited this salon for the first time in my life and the choice of the master was spontaneous, I trusted the information on Instagram, hoping that all the masters have the same skills and the degree of quality of work, since the prices were the same. But, instead of the 2 hours stated everywhere, the manicure was done for 3 hours (although the request was to remove the old coating, remove the length and strengthen with gel). In addition, the skin on three fingers was damaged during cuticle treatment, which eventually led to inflammation. Visually, the manicure also looks so-so (nails of different lengths; on the thumbs the nails are crooked, not aligned; the thickness of the coating on the nails is different; the color of the manicure is also different on the nails). The work of this master is clearly not worth the declared money.
1 star - for a nice receptionist girl who was always trying to make her stay in their institution more comfortable.

I recently discovered this salon and now it is my favorite place. Everything is perfect here, from Svetlana's manicure, coffee and atmosphere to the service. I wear my nails mercilessly)) and not a single peel or chip during the MONTH. Somehow, a beautiful manicure was urgently needed, and all the windows were busy that day - the administrator offered extra time, entering the situation. In other salons, there are no windows for your problems that you did not sign up on time. Now only here ❤

The terrible attitude of the administration towards customers. I was booked in advance for a manicure + pedicure complex. But I had to wait 20 minutes for the pedicure chair to be free, because new masters were being trained on them. My comments about being in a hurry were ignored. No apologies, let alone coffee/tea.
