A good travel agency. I flew through them to Thailand. We explained everything, we were always in touch. I really liked everything. There is only one minor disadvantage- with seats on the plane. I flew with my daughter and was offered to sit separately. They couldn't get a seat there almost until the flight itself. I was very nervous and worried. It's not a bad travel agency.

This is the first time I have encountered such an unpleasant situation and I absolutely do not recommend this travel agency.
On January 15, we made an advance payment for a tour to Thailand — 507,000 tenge (half the cost). However, on January 17, it turned out that the hotel had not confirmed the availability of seats. The flight was supposed to take place on the night of January 17th to 18th, but I was informed about the lack of confirmation only after I started calling the travel agency myself.
According to the contract, the travel agency was obliged to offer an alternative option, given that we chose a 4-star hotel with a total cost of 1,000,000 tenge. However, the manager offered questionable options — 3-star hotels in the middle of the island and with an additional payment of 200,000 -300,000 tenge, which categorically did not suit us.
On January 17th, I applied for a refund. Today is February 8th, and the money still hasn't been returned. I had to file a pre-trial complaint.
If you do not want to face similar problems and run after your own money, I strongly do not recommend this company.
If this organization had chosen an identical tour for us, we would not have issued a refund.
I never write negative reviews, but this situation is nonsense. I am attaching screenshots of the correspondence as a confirmation.

Please, for those who value their health, time and money, I DO NOT ADVISE you to contact us here! Roman worked with us, and the most important thing was to push the tour through! Very incompetent! Of the promised shuttle to the beach, no extra bed for the child, or free accommodation for the child, none of this was, although I asked to double-check, to which he convincingly said that he had checked everything! Upon arrival, I generally provided my relatives with a tour. a breakdown of the person I find out about upon arrival and that I still owe money! I have never seen such a circus with a travel agent, although I often vacation abroad!
I appeal to the head of the travel agency- why should I lose my nerves, health and money because of the incompetence of your employee???
