I ordered through the app for 5-10 minutes and couldn't find a driver. I got through to the dispatcher 5-7 minutes later and said the pick-up time was 10-15 minutes. I went outside with the children 10 minutes later and stood outside for another 30 minutes in a snowstorm and subzero temperatures . And 50 minutes after I started ordering, they deigned to arrive.
