One of the worst visa centers ever (Italian). It seems like Italian embassy is not interested on tourists at all # and they don't care about organization, avaliable# service that you don't have for your own money. If you have any chances not to go through this visa center, don't waste your time. Here the earn money on your destroyed plans!!!

If there was a O or minus, it would have been a better descritption of this so called service. The worst I encountered since the 90s' anarchy. I have been in search of a manager or a person responsible for setting up and running this joke, and even more an institution who let them establish in Armenia and get more or less all visa application processes for most of EU embassies in their hands. I know for a fact that these bandits are saying all dates are taken, nothing left (even 6,7,8 months ahead) but various individuals working with arranging tourist trips, take money from the people and have a separate way of booking appointments and getting their clients' papers to TLS. I have contacted civilnet, and a few other media to draw their attention and get someone to closely investigate their activities. - no way to book an appointment from the online created profile. Either empty, totally blank, or showing dates but not possible to click -call their nr - which by the way is not the one mentioned on the website, but you have to google it yourself to find on Spyur- a rude girl almost shouts at you from the 1st second. whatever you ask - we don't do that, I don't know, you have to call the other number, sorry I have other calls, I am alone or whatever. Untrained, unprofessional, unskilled and apparently clueless -the number mentioned on the website is a joke! only between 10 and 11 am can you call for walk-in/urgent appointments but in 2 months that 3 of us have been calling every singe morning, only once did they answer. Line is always busy -emails -once or 2ce in January got normal and fast answers, last one even suggesting to use the extra payment walk-in appointments, even saying "we can open for you". After that radio silence, after 10 emails comes back 2liner with dumb answer "we cannot open dates for you", "we cannot book them for you", "there are no dates neither regular nor walk-in" So you are telling me that whole of Armenia is travelling to Italy/Malta in 2024!?? you have no dates but every single person in Vanadzor my mother has spoken with said they had paid extra, trixed with bookings of tickets, paid middlemen and they arranged dates! Surprise surprise! Corruption is there even after the revolution. So TLS cooperates with tour agencies reputable ones and not so much, the ways they check for available dates is not the same as us regular people, having to check from the account and that is either empty or un-bookable dates. They said we can book you in August, while my mother's trip is planned for March, and we have been in this circus for months now. -TLS is handling visa applications for the embassies so embassies say we can't help -TLS only role is creating blockers, with their hideous capacity planning, bad website, lack of bookable slots, pre-booking those themselves, basically selling those spots to certain companies and individuals, unprofessional employees lack of direct access to the respective embassy. These bandits have cost me 2 months of time, nerves, hundres of EUR of lost air tickets, notarial stamped invitation papers, DHL charges to get all prepared fully completed application dovs to Armenia and my 68yo mothers enerty and nerves who cannot visit my family (me being a EU schengen member country citizen who should not have an issue inviting her closest relative to visit). I know this is long but I advise you read and start taking actions. I have given up on this but I am going to go to the bottom of this and make the dark games and soviet-era corruption investigated by the ministry of foreigh affairs who most likely are the institution who enabled this TLS Global to start activities on the territory of Armenia, with a clueless or rotten management.

The greatest visa center in the world! From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted by a team of friendly, smiling individuals who exuded warmth and harmony. The person who handled my documents was not only efficient but also as motivated as I was to make the visa process smooth and hassle-free. Isn't that just awesome? I would love to visit Italy once more, not just for the beautiful country itself, but to experience the exceptional service and positivity of this visa center once again. Kudos to the entire team! :)

There are some disadvantages, it is impossible to sign up for a visa to Italy, both in a live Queue and in a paid queue, you spend 30 minutes waiting on a call, the account blocks every 2-3 entries per day on the website, very stupid people wrote the system, I will look for a way to get a visa without this office

It's impossible to get a seat this year. Even for trips to the conference. Since December, I have not been able to take a place for a trip to Rome for a conference on osteoporosis.

In general, the experience of visiting the norms. The staff are very nice and polite, although the processes are set up crookedly. British visas were issued twice a year - tourist and work visas. I don't see any point in paying for priority and early registration, everyone is sitting in the same queue, they are called to the window by name (and the British visa department itself processes all applications for 30 working days). Both times we arrived on time, the waiting time was once 40 minutes, the other time more than an hour. They do not ask to wear masks, although they still write about it in the letter. The most annoying thing is that it is unclear where to pick up the passport from, TLS sends an empty track number in the letter, they took it once to DHL UMaks, the other in TLS itself.

the service is terrible, the phone is only available for the Italian visa department. We needed a visa to England, we called this department, they told us that they didn't know anything about other departments, they couldn't tell us a single phone number and hung up

I didn't wait in line for Italy. I signed up for a "quick" queue at the end of February, they said about 3-4 weeks just to wait for SMS. A month later, he called to ask how the queue was, and they said they were only dealing with applications for the end of January. In general, it's the end of April, no one has contacted us yet
