In February 2025, I stayed at this hotel. The hotel is just a CANNON! We were well received, Mr. Schrief very promptly picked up a great room for us at the reception, and Tatiana, the hostess, helped us with various issues, thanks a lot to these people!!! The food was very good, there was always enough, and it was varied. Fruits, natural juices, meat, fish...
the alcohol in the hotel is good, the cocktails are very tasty. The animation team, led by Tito, is a separate topic. There was a different show every night, and it was always like going to a concert. Invited artists, various quizzes, it's always very enchanting. The staff is not annoying, courteous. The territory is clean and well maintained. Heated pools. We had a great time and had a great rest. I hope to see this hotel soon. Thank you very much!

Great family hotel!!! It's just a paradise for children!!! It was in early November 2024. It was getting cool in the evening, +32 in the afternoon.
8 days of the water park, all inclusive, the sun, it's just great!!!
Until 17.00, the sea and the water park were at our disposal.
The staff is friendly, they love children. Sun beds are always available, there are no queues for the slides, and transportation to the sea is on schedule. The sea is beautiful, the beach is clean, the underwater world is awesome. Take masks with a tube with you.
The food is for an amateur, everything is very beautiful, but not everything is edible. There's always a queue for morning scrambled eggs.
There is not much point in restaurants on site, you can only get there by appointment.
The shops in the hotel are very expensive, it is better to walk to Cleopatra and buy souvenirs there.
We went on two safari and water excursions, we really liked everything. Early departures for excursions, if necessary, take a towel in the evening.
The hotel has a wonderful beauty salon, and my daughters' pigtails were worn at home for a couple of weeks.
The agency that accompanied us was Coral Travel, our contact at the hotel was very attentive and always in touch. Excursions were taken only through him, officially, and escorts on excursions too.
We took photos and videos for memory and did not regret it.

A cool hotel! The most important thing is the clinic at hotels with children, it is very convenient to be treated with insurance ♥️thank you very much to the staff ! The food is also very tasty, the rooms are decent, I recommend it! The pools are very warm! The animators are Russian-speaking! There are lovely girls at the reception!
