Nice hotel. Price = quality. We had a cheap vacation at current prices, so I don't want to write anything bad. The staff is trying, almost all are positive. There were always places on the beach and by the pools, we did not occupy them in advance (we did not run in the morning with a towel in search of a place to fill) Our room was an old family room, but everything worked. The air conditioner was not used, it was not hot for us in early November. We knew that the sea was there only for diving and we had to walk on a pontoon, but that didn't scare us. There is a saltwater pool and slides for children.
You shouldn't expect any variety in food either. But there were a la carte restaurants, they signed up at three. We didn't need animation either. And people are having fun in bars with music.
We had a rest for a week , a breath of warmth and sunshine , thank you !
The hotel is very beautiful. Surprisingly good service, we did not even expect this from an Egyptian hotel. The food is varied, there was always something you wanted in 10 days. The room is large, and in honor of the birthday, they settled into a room with access to the pool at no extra charge. Animation is for those who want to eat, but you don't want to. There are good slides, a heated swimming pool with sea water and waves. A cool river with waves for launching on an inflatable boat. In general, there is always something to do. I will be happy to return to this hotel.
We liked the hotel!
We were most pleased with the service, food, territory and entertainment.
We were vacationing with two children aged 6 and 4.
The weather was good, the first week was windy, it seems to me like a great option, the second week the heat was + 44, only to sit in the water. By the way, the tides did not upset us at all. It was great for the children to walk on the sand where there were a lot of crabs running around. And the adults went to the pier to the reef. The reef is good for Hurghada, there are a lot of fish and there are plenty of beautiful ones.
The water park is good, the height is measured mainly from 110 cm. Slides for children are great, for adults it can be boring if you are a fan of the water park. The children's water park is good, but Ali Baba (Aladdin) is much cooler. It's good that there is a wave pool with sea water.
In general, the hotel is great for children. Two game clubs with air conditioning, drinks, animators are engaged with children. There is a mini disco, a room with slot machines, a bowling alley (for a fee). There is a huge high-quality playground. The animation is good: Standard activities: volleyball, yoga, dancing, fruit celebrations, foam parties on the beach and in the pool. There are shops where you can buy the necessary little things and toys.
The food is interesting and varied. In general, the set is standard for Egypt. But still there are nuances that distinguish: desserts are more diverse and delicious, there were always some interesting grilled dishes available, there is food for children: a corner with children's furniture, there is diet food, lots of cold snacks, drinks in a bar like mojito, cuba libro, etc.
Many Ala carte restaurants. We were in Japanese and Lebanese, the food was delicious, the Japanese chef was putting on a show, positively and humorously. In addition to the main restaurants, there is a 24-hour lobby bar, there is a late dinner, also a restaurant on the beach, ice cream.
We had a large studio room on the 3rd floor with one large bed and two small ones, a bathtub and a shower (which is very convenient when there are 4 people), a TV, a safe, a wardrobe, a refrigerator, a sofa. View of the pool. Everything is in working order. There is shampoo and gel, conditioner and skin cream in the package. There's water, cola and sprite in the fridge. The cleaning is normal. We extended the room until 15.00 on the last day at check-out for $ 45.
Be sure to take mosquito repellents, but it's better to buy local Egyptian ones. There are a lot of mosquitoes, if you sleep with an open balcony, then there will be no living space, but if you close the balcony and turn on the fumigator, you can almost do without bites.
I went on an excursion to Luxor, I took an Albatross from the agency. I'm happy with everything, it's interesting, Basima's guide is very good, he obviously treats the matter with a soul, a lot of useful information. But it is very hot (in the shade + 32), it is better to go on excursions in winter. I bought yellow tea (as long as I was in Egypt, but I learned about yellow tea for the first time), karkade and other souvenirs.
In general, the hotel is wonderful, the price-quality ratio is consistent, I recommend it!
