We extended the room by an hour and warned the janitor that we would leave at 13.00, so he knocked every 15 minutes) on the shuttle, the driver is constantly on the phone: apparently he solves important issues) in the restaurant, the waiter comes up and asks what drinks we will have, and in fact brings an order to someone, the rest then go themselves and they pour what they need) , that is, the waiter went and forgot what he was asked for)! A super hotel! A huge landscaped area, surrounded by flowers, lawns, bars, large swimming pools. Excellent service! The staff is polite everywhere!!!
Upon request, they changed our room to a two-room one, since we were three, and the 3rd bed would have been very small if it had been squeezed between two 1.5 beds.
Great Ala carte restaurants! We were at the Grill, Italian and Salt.
Everyone captivated us as much with the food as with the staff.
In the Grill, the cook was cooking meat right at our table, they put caps on us.
At the Salt restaurant, the waiters were all circling around us with smiles. They offered to top up the wine, asked if everything was okay. The hostess girl, who looked a little like a policeman, was very kind.
In Italian, there was an overlap in places and we were seated at a large communal table, as soon as a table was available, we were transferred. The restaurant director came out to us and apologized 10 times . They took out and opened some special wine for me. He said to contact us for any reason!

A decent hotel, new, modern, beautiful. The hotel is very large, travel by golf carts, quickly mastered the territory and chose more comfortable places to relax. The food is delicious, the selection is large, there are many bars, coffee shops and ice cream. There are many a la carte restaurants that will brighten up your dinners. Evening shows and discos . There was not enough sea. It was in November, there was always wind, waves and a red flag. We couldn't fully enjoy the sea. The hotel itself is new and cool, the playground is cool, but not all of it worked. The food is gorgeous 5+, there have never been any complaints about the food. The concept of the hotel is interesting, beautiful, clean, well maintained
But
1. There were nuances associated with the launch of the hotel, the rooms were not washed from construction dust. People tried, but they didn't wash well. The sewer was clogged for 2 days and it gushed in our shower, washed with such chemistry that it was not possible to sleep.
2. The service was Egyptian, unobtrusive, measured, and not always there. Sometimes they didn't even move for the bucks. There are a lot of cars on the territory, they will take you anywhere in the hotel, but when you check out at 5 a.m., there is one car for 6-8 families with children, we had to stomp around a large area with suitcases, as they say.
3. There is alcohol, in principle you can drink it, but for some reason it was in bottles of the "old" design, and the bartenders went to the back rooms with empty bottles and returned with partially filled ones, poured 100%. In general, there is something to drink, but without frills and a special assortment, there is no chivas here. There is red and white wine :)
4. There is no sea. In principle, there is not much to see at the Pier, but channels have been cut down near the shore, this is a line 15-20 meters wide and waist-deep.
5. I liked the pools, and to ride on the slope and just swim. The only thing is that the children's pools are more heated, they are heated well, but they smell very strongly of chlorine / chemicals. Children come running from the pools and you immediately understand where they swam.
In general, I liked it, especially the kitchen, I would come back if they start cleaning the rooms well, and the service is tightened.

Everything is clean in the hotel, this is the first point for us, since we are vacationing with children. You don't even have to walk here, they take you from one point to another. We vacationed at Rixos Radamis Blue Planet in July 2024. The family consists of 4 people. The hotel is new and large, there are many places where you can have a good time. There is a Rixy club location for children with activities. There is a children's stage where a child can perform after having previously completed the preparation of a number in the acting circle. My daughter performed and she really liked it. There is a police academy, a fire brigade, a training center, all this is for children under 9 years old, older children will not be interested. There is a computer club for older children, 2 hours a day for free. Aqua Park needs to go to Sea Gate, the hotel has a shuttle service. The water park itself is good, there are many slides. It is better to go in the morning. For adults, there is also a stage where performances and a disco take place. There is an opportunity to visit restaurants on site. We went to Asian and Turkish restaurants, the dishes are delicious. There are bars and terraces for evening entertainment. There are no complaints about nutrition at all, the diet is varied and delicious. In general, I liked the rest.
Now, what didn't you like.
The condition of the hotel: the entrance door rested on the floor when opened. The installation in the bathroom is poorly secured and fell down one day. The water reset button is jammed. The doors in the bathroom are glass and when opened their trajectory intersects, I was worried that they might break when opened. Besides, they don't have locks. The sockets are not properly fixed.

We live in the Blue Planet complex, the room was given a higher level than booked, two-room.
The food in the main buffet restaurant is varied, everyone will find dishes to their liking.
There is a Spa center, you can use it for 1 hour per day per room. You need to make an appointment in advance.
Another advantage is that musicians and live music are invited to the main restaurant. It's very beautiful, everything is already decorated for the New Year, there are lights everywhere, balloons, Santa Claus.
Cons: it's a sooooo windy bay here, we read about it, but we didn't think it was so windy, just like a blizzard, the wind gusts were the first 3 days of our vacation. The wind is from the north, people walked the first 2 days in jackets, after 18 the temperature was 17-18 degrees, take warm clothes just in case. I stayed at this hotel from 22.01-01.02. I really liked everything, especially the show program, musical bands, discos and all this every day. The beach is not equipped to the level of luxury, the reef is one of the most beautiful that I have seen in Sharma (and I have been there more than once), the mud often lies for a long time without cleaning, the glass walls of the tennis court are not marked, and in the evening a bird was killed on it.
Planes fly low over the hotel, not everyone knows, but it's not very good for your health.
The staff tries hard, but everyone urges you to put a rating in Google, it's a little annoying.
There are still negative nuances, but this is purely my opinion and will be personally written to the hotel management.

We had a rest for the May holidays , with my husband and grandson , for a small surcharge at the reception , we were given a two - room room . The hotel is new, the staff is polite and attentive.
The food is beyond praise , such abundance has never been seen anywhere
