It is especially pleasant that they work every day without days off! It is better to come in the middle of the week in the morning, otherwise there are a lot of hunters on Friday, and on weekends there are generally crazy queues.

They called and clarified how to purchase certificates, they said that you can only come and buy. It's not super close to go, we arrived within an hour, it turned out that they did not have certificates. That is, there is on the phone, but in fact there is not. As a result, time spent, money and a gift. So be prepared in advance that you will be left with nothing.
