Today we were with my daughter in this salon.
I had a manicure and pedicure.
The only thing I liked was the master in 4 hands.
They cut off the cuticles until my daughter bled, they still hurt and sting.
I also got a manicure very painful. I still feel uncomfortable.
And the pedicure master is very rude, she cut off the nail for meat and is surprised that it hurts, since I am very sensitive during a hardware pedicure, I was also tickled and she: "Is this the first time you do a pedicure?"
This is at least not professional!
I understand it is not easy to work with clients, different people come, but since you have chosen this job, please be understanding and listen to the preferences of customers.
I highly recommend it!

I went to the girls for 8 months. During this time, accordingly, I had about 10 manicures, pedicures, once went to them for long-term styling and lamination of eyebrows (eyebrows, by the way, did not meet the recommendations, but they fell, I told the master about it later, but I did not make any claims and did not ask to redo or refund the money). It is convenient that the chairs and the service in 4 hands are present. I missed the recording three times. Once - the plane was delayed (after that I signed up again and came, the masters made a claim to me that I "didn't even answer"), the second time - I forgot about the reception, since they don't remind me about the recording (the recording was at 12:00, at 12:05 the master called and the claim literally "I mean forgot?!?!"), the third time - I got sick, woke up in the morning with a fever. After recovery, I wanted to sign up, but they replied to me on Instagram that since I had repeatedly failed the masters, I had to pay 100% of the previous entry and 50% of the next one. I've heard about the prepayment for the reception and I don't mind. But what kind of fine is the payment of the previous one??? Wildness. I blocked them and I don't want to deal with them anymore.

A wonderful salon!!! I liked the very comfortable conditions. Original and very comfortable chairs for 4-hand services (manicure + pedicure). By the way, this service is provided without additional charges, but by appointment and agreement with the administrator. Polite and very friendly craftsmen. They offer tea, coffee or water and chocolates. There is wi-fi in the cabin.
Separately, I would like to note the quality of the services provided. The masters answer all your questions and give related recommendations for further care of the handles and legs. In general, I liked everything very much.

The device left furrows on the nails of the spouse, obviously the master is not very experienced, so you can spoil the nail plate. I really didn't like the shape of the pedicure, it was cut right under the meat, although the pedicure was done well. I can't say about all the masters, maybe we were so lucky, because pedicure and men's manicure were done by one master. I also did a manicure from another master, I did it well, but cut the cuticle until it bled, it didn't seem much, but a day later the finger became inflamed and healed for another week.
