An authentic hostel.
However, I got a room above the stairs, a small one, the size of one spacious double bed. Through the cracks in the floor, you can see people walking up the stairs. A thin front door with large slits around the perimeter. It didn't feel completely isolated. I stayed for one night and was generally satisfied. Friendly staff, cozy lobby.
