He answered all my questions very politely and patiently. Thank you so much for your work. That's just the delivery service, of course, ruined the mood. No one called in advance to warn you in what period of time the delivery will be. Only after my persistent calls to the store, on the day of delivery at 14.00, a logistics specialist from the delivery service called, they said that the delivery would be from 15.00 to 17.00. As a result, at 14.20 the driver called and said that he would be at the entrance in 5 minutes. This, of course, caused great inconvenience!!!!
