The most dishonest construction company. The quality of the houses leaves much to be desired. The construction is carried out in violation of the norms and laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Houses are being built in close proximity to the airport in the glide path area, which is potentially life-threatening. After the earthquake, there was a decree on the reduction of floors, but in the pursuit of profit, the company ignored it. They cheat customers with a 10% surcharge.All numbers were turned off in response to complaints to eliminate defects or refund money.
