Houses are being built near the airport in the glide path area, which endangers the lives of residents. After a strong earthquake, it was forbidden to build more than 5 floors, but this does not concern the company. According to the project, high-pressure gas should pass underground, but the company has stretched the pipes through the air. The quality of the constructions leaves much to be desired. Communications and heating through one place. Limited number of parking spaces, 25 spaces for 90 apartments. There are no landscaping or sidewalk areas. Everything is minimal, just to sell. Avoid this company.
