The store had a promotion in early November 2023, and you see, the staff was very tired, worked hard without rest, although the direct responsibility of the store's employees is to communicate directly with customer service and the sale of goods that are presented in the store (for which they at least receive a salary and their bonuses depend on sales). At least these are "Sales consultants" But alas, the girl who introduced herself as LARISA, according to her, is the manager of the entire TIMBERLAND store chain, was very unhappy that people decided to buy shoes in the store for the promotion and stayed in the store for 5 minutes. As the store staff announced at 20:50, the store is open until 21:00 and the cash register will close, customers began to pay for their purchases one by one to leave the store. BUT Madame LARISA did not deign to show 5 minutes of patience and sell shoes to the last client on that day of work: she went out into the hall and literally began shouting "SHOW RESPECT, GO to SAMARKAND FOR FREE, the store is open there until 23:00" In other words, go all of you... What's wrong with the respect of customers if they came to leave their money and are already at the checkout and ready to pay for the purchase? The last customer! They do not behave exactly according to an international brand that is ready to do everything to win the trust of consumers! Madame LARISA had 10 minutes to clarify the relationship with the buyer (with me), but alas, there was no 3 minutes to punch the goods at the checkout and sell to the last buyer!
