But you need to work on the kitchen.
We visited you on 10/30/2022.
There is no barbecue at all - 2 points out of 5. The steak is not bad, but its volume is not worth the money for which it is sold.
The side dish (potatoes and, especially, mushrooms) to the steak were heavily salted.
In general, improve your kitchen.
I wouldn't keep such a kebab maker, and I wouldn't keep a chef either!
