Great place, clean. They monitor everything completely, the water is of ideal temperature and not strongly chlorinated. The baths are gorgeous, the staff is kind and helpful. Delight! Compared to what it was under the old administration 2-3 years ago, now the center is perfect in all respects! Thank you for a wonderful time, I went with my children and grandchildren, everyone is happy! The cleanliness is perfect, the service is excellent, a variety of entertainment, steam, swimming pools, a professional bath attendant. The kitchen was generally surprised, in short, it has not been like this for a long time, so that we are just fine with everything and everyone at once! A great place to relax in the center of Alma-Ata... Baths, Saunas, Hammam, fonts with ice water, where it is pleasant to plunge after a hot bath. A large number of pools with a diverse thermal balance, with aeration and gushing of water. A salt hot pool, a pool with ginger infusion..., and outdoor pools (!) - on a frosty winter day, and outdoors, it's fantastic for adults, not to mention children... In summer there are outdoor slides with diving into pools, on the ground floor there are children's slides for kids... A salt room where you can relax and breathe ionized salt air, and a salt sauna with the warmth of the desert and the salt breeze of the seas and oceans.
Excellent cuisine in the restaurant. Slot machines, sports machines for children and adults. Last year, the renovation was completed and the fourth floor was opened.
We are waiting for the opening of the third floor, we remember the lounge with sun beds, a soothing fountain in the center, a sauna and a cascade of two pools for children and a Jacuzzi, it would be nice if it were restored.
I would like to note the perfect cleanliness in all rooms, the shelves are clean, the tiles are crisp, the water is transparent with blueness.
In the sauna on the ground floor, every 2 hours, Artyom and Danil conduct steaming sessions with aromatic infusions... There are specialists who do massage professionally...
the staff is attentive, polite and courteous.

Not bad, the indoor is very comfortable in any weather. Pools with a specific smell of chlorine and urine, baths are inconveniently scattered on the floors and 3 of them are in the women's locker room. That is, if you come with your husband, you will be steaming in the sauna together in only a few. The pools are slightly warm inside about 25 °, the Jacuzzi is one of the same temperature. There are no hot tubs. Compared to tau spa, tau spa is much better. The most colossal disadvantage is that all the coverings are tiled floors and there will be no problems falling. The entrance to the pool is in almost all take and step over, and the steps to the entrance to the pool are only 3 it seems. Plus, a good one is there is a salt mine, a relaxation room, and excellent scrubbing and washing of the whole body. I am delighted with washing, I recommend it to everyone. Very convenient location. In bossein, the water stank terribly inside where fountains could not swim. If you go at a discount, then more or less if at the full cost of the weekend, it is better to go to tau spa . Nice small pools, cool steam rooms, an aroma bath on the ground floor - I recommend it!!! Hammam for women is wonderful + salt room and smooth skin is provided! Clean, the staff is polite.
The kitchen is suffering, I didn't like anything that was ordered.

The place is interesting and comfortable enough to spend time. The only inconvenient point that could be noticed is the rule that you should not eat in your place of residence. We went to several families, we all found something to do for ourselves.
A good Russian men's sauna.
I liked the aroma bath, every two hours with different flavors, with the taste of garlic. I liked it at all, as if Garlikov had eaten after it.
There is a bar on the ground floor and a blacksmith shop on the fourth floor.
There is a salt room.
I didn't miss staying for 5 hours.
I will definitely go there again.

We went to the Timothy SPA, had a little splash and sat in the baths. Now I'll tell you if this place is suitable so as not to miss it..Losing the summer 😂
The complex occupies 4 floors. On the ground floor there are outdoor and indoor pools, with slides for adults and children, with hydro massage, salt and ginger pools. With the latter, allergy sufferers need to be careful, my skin didn't really like it. Also on the ground floor there is a rather cold Finnish sauna and a really cool aroma bath.
In the latter, free vaping takes place every two hours, sometimes with bread, then with garlic, then with bergamot. The bath attendant gives his best, takes everyone out to cool off between stages, distributes ice. Rush.
On the second floor there are changing rooms and separate men's and women's baths. The wife said that the baths on the women's side were cool. I had a good Russian bath for men - an honest 100 degrees, infernal heat.
It's impressive.
On the third floor there are private mini-saunas, a room of silence and a salt mine. It's straight salt, the whole floor is in fine salt, like sand, the walls are in salt blocks. Silence, mattresses, people are dozing. Beauty.
They have a restaurant on the fourth floor. My respect is that there is a dress code, and people in swimming trunks are not allowed out of the pool, they are asked to change their clothes. In turn, they do not allow a lot of food to be taken out to the pool, only drinks and nuts, so there was no garbage and noisy campaigns at the water's edge. It was possible to swim in peace.
The entire SPA complex feels thoughtful and not rushed. Although, in some places, the need for cosmetic repairs is already visible, somewhere in the jacuzzi the jets of the hydromassage did not work, but in general everything is good and clean.
Now for the prices.
Entrance is 12,500 on weekends, 9,500 on weekdays, for the whole day. There are 6,500 children, and free for small children. Sheets of 500, towels of 1000.
Private baths for 5-6 people at 10,000 per hour with a deposit of 30,000.
Food prices: Pizza at 3000, beer at 900, salads at 2000, whiskey at 1500. There are meat sets for 10,000. Prices are like in a Pint.
In other words, all prices are very reasonable, as for a SPA. That's probably why there are quite a few people in Timothy on weekends, and every square meter of the 1st floor is filled with sun beds.
I highly recommend going for a splash, sitting in the sauna.
