The review is negative for the entire healthcare system of Zhezkazgan, I can't get treatment, everything rests on directions that have been expected for months, now a new month has come, on July 5, and I can't get procedures, I can't get into some kind of physical room, a month has passed in vain, without treatment! It's no use, they write out papers, there's no use! What do they get money for, what is the benefit of health insurance?
