Very long waiting. The waiter wasn't really caring. The dog inside the cafe tried to eat our food. Beverage online menu is inconvenient. 15% service fee is too much for that kind of service. Spoiled the mood.
Our absolute top!
This place is definitely worth a visit if you are looking for a cozy restaurant with excellent cuisine, a veranda overlooking Mtatsminda Mountain and affordable prices. We recommend it and we will definitely come back by ourselves!
The restaurant's menu offers a wide range of dishes for every taste. There is everything from classic khachapuri and khinkali to rarer and more traditional Georgian treats (for example, a dish called Madame Bovary). Everything is very tasty!
The prices were pleasantly surprised by their accessibility. Such a level of cuisine, service and atmosphere for such a reasonable price is a rarity.
And, of course, it is worth noting the service: the order is served fairly quickly, the staff is friendly, attentive and always ready to help with the selection of dishes.
Probably the best restaurant in Tbilisi in terms of price, quality and size of the dish. Convenient location, close to the old town, near a beautiful promenade, cable car, 15 minutes from the peace bridge. We were a big company at the end of August. Even despite the large influx of tourists, they always found a place for us. The staff is responsive, attentive, almost everyone speaks Russian. Large portions at reasonable prices, everything is very tasty. Warm atmosphere and design of the room. It's nice to see that the institution works according to the principle:
"In everything, do to people the way you want them to do to you."
Good restaurant, beautiful view from the veranda, delicious food and good value for money. But the service is as good as it gets. On one visit, the waiter refused to serve us on the veranda, even though the weather was fine outside and the room was very stuffy. And on another visit, the waitress refused to take an order for one of the dishes, because "the cook would be unhappy that this particular dish was ordered during rush hour." I had to leave the restaurant.
The food was delicious, the staff was very friendly, and the food was prepared quickly.
We ordered: branded shish kebab (different from the usual with a small addition of pomegranate sauce), khinkali soup (small khinkali in a delicious broth), omelet, grilled vegetables.
The portions are large, sometimes very salty (it's so common here, you need to take it).
The receipt includes a 15% tip.
My friends recommended it as a place with one of the best adjaruli in the city, and it's true (delicious, juicy, very cheesy :), I also liked the branded lula. It's nice to sit on the veranda, it's stuffy inside in warm weather.
Amazing place, delicious food, polite and sociable staff. I definitely recommend it. Communication is possible in three languages, including Russian. It is here that you can feel the Georgian hospitality.
Super cool place, insanely delicious menu and pleasant service. I was especially impressed by the wine, it is inexpensive and very rich, delicious. Vlad and Ravil liked it too.
In general, 10/10
The most wonderful restaurant in Tbilisi!!!
EVERYTHING is incredibly delicious!! Chicken, salads, potatoes, khinkali.....the waiter Sofiko is just a smart girl, she recommended everything to us the most delicious!!!
Amazingly delicious!!!
We visited this restaurant today, very tasty food, pleasant atmosphere, good staff, especially I would like to mention the official Mac, a pleasant, kind and helpful girl who served us at the highest level
The most terrible restaurant in Tbilisi! I'm not joking or being mean.
A lot of people, sooo noisy, not cozy.
The pictures of the dishes on the website do not match those served in the restaurant. For example, there is no salad with chicken tobacco and two sauces. The waitress replied to our indignation that it was for the beauty of the photo.
I've never met anyone like that before. There is a photo of the dish - give it the same.
The chef's salad is not delicious at all, with terrible sausage ham and wilted lettuce.
Sauces are an incomprehensible liquid. Yes, yes, it is a liquid. They took it with nuts, so it's thinner than chicken broth!
Homemade wine is more like wine-flavored water.
I don't know, friends... in some canteens, the food is even tastier, and the price tag is an order of magnitude lower than here.
I don't recommend it, in general!
My favorite place. Always five stars. The service and the kitchen are consistently good. It is comfortable here both alone and in company. A large selection of Georgian dishes.
It's a great restaurant. Very, very tasty and not expensive. There is a veranda for smokers. The service is super. Khinkali is simply magical!!! There is strong alcohol. Respect to the institution!!!!!
It's a great place. It's a pity that we found him on the last day. It is very popular among the locals. The staff is very nimble and friendly.
The hall is large and noisy, who needs peace and quiet, pass by. The atmosphere of a Georgian feast reigns here. Order a decanter of homemade wine and enjoy the interior while waiting for the main order. The amount of the check, after the gastronomic pleasure received, will pleasantly surprise you.
A very cool and delicious restaurant quite close to the center. It is better to book a table, the prices are quite reasonable, the bill for two came out to about 60 GEL.
A decent restaurant fell short of the city center
Traditional cuisine and a good selection of wines at reasonable prices.
Much better than the "walk-through" restaurants in the tourist area
The price/ quality is optimal for Tbilisi.
We've tried almost everything on the menu. I do not take only shish kebab, it is always dry for me, someone likes carbonate, but I prefer the neck.
In my longing for the capital's establishments, I take a chocolate flan here - this is my favorite.
There is smoking on the veranda, but the room is dark and it is not comfortable to sit there on a warm day.
The waiters, as soon as you get there, are always fast, but sometimes not friendly, but they have never refused to speak to me in Russian.
There is Wi-Fi, they call a taxi.
The location is convenient, near the dry bridge, there is a flea market on it, Mtkvari flows, near the Turkish quarter with a huge number of hookah
bars, I recommend this institution to all guests of the city.
If you order khinkali, specify how much the waiter wrote down.
We ordered 15 for 3, 50 were brought to us, and this is normal for Georgia, the waiter had no questions about how we would eat it🤣
Unfortunately, they couldn't even taste the food.
They came in the evening, they had a full boarding agreed to wait
When the table was free ( there were 2 people sitting at it, but the table was designed for 4 )
People passing by came up to the hostess and asked her to sit at the table, and it was all in front of our eyes.
I clarified why the people who had just come up sat down, but at that moment we had been standing for more than 15 minutes.
They told me that they couldn't put two people at a big table.
I will note that all the tables on the veranda are designed for 4 and there were two people at all the tables
Of course, we were perplexed by the situation, as this is the first time in our lives that we have encountered such an attitude.
We were assured that other people were about to leave and we would be seated at another table.
But I had a question why couldn't we have been seated first and then that company of 3 people because the tables were the same
I was very upset by this situation and we probably won't come to this institution anymore, although the locals advised us to Tiflis.
It is a pity that now people have benefits in the first place, not attitude and customer orientation.
There were wonderful impressions about this place. Reasonable prices, delicious chakhokhbili, khinkali, lobio, chvishtari, etc. Friendly, attentive, smiling and fluent in Russian Mariam is a dream waiter. A wonderful place with a non-pretentious entourage and atmosphere. I recommend it from the bottom of my heart and plan to come back here
One of the most delicious restaurants in Tbilisi, The prices are not too high, the waiters are friendly, and the summer veranda is especially pleasing! And also a wonderful homemade wine.
It is extremely dangerous. Insanely delicious kebab. There seemed to be a whole chicken floating in the chikhirtma. Khachapuri is correct, as I do at home))) An amateur's cutab, it turned out to have a lot of offal in it. the price is humane, highly recommended for a visit.
Beautiful location. A cozy restaurant with good cuisine. The service was fast and efficient. I didn't pay attention to the prices, as the dinner was paid for by the travel agency.
We tried khinkali with cheese, khinkali with beef, khachapuri in Adjarian style. It was delicious, but a little salty for my taste. There was a cheerful and friendly waiter.
It's a good place, the prices are lower than in the center, but it's very tasty. If you couldn't get to Pasanauri, then come here, it's good here. We come to Georgia 2 times and we are happy to go and advise you. Shish kebab and khinkali fire. The staff is polite.
We decided to have dinner, to be honest, this is my first disappointment, starting from the service and ending with the food. The Tiflis signature salad is lettuce leaves with croutons and thickly sliced pieces of smoked ham from the store, seasoned with mayonnaise and topped with something similar to balsamic sauce, purely for beauty, fried suluguni cheese with a thick crust of crackers, overcooked, dry shish kebab, sauces all diluted, sooooo thin, tobacco chicken, looks like crushed cover the regular grilled chicken. The wine on tap was very diluted with water.
Of the more or less normal dishes, there were French fries, but cooled, there were also Chmerky potatoes, these are sliced pieces fried, but not salted at all and a little raw. The photos of the dishes on the website do not correspond to reality.
I do not recommend this place to visit, there are many other great places with the same receipt at the exit, but at times better and tastier.
And this is the first place where 15% of the service fee will be included in the bill, unlike the previous places where we were.
Delicious food, polite staff, spoke Russian
Khinkali is very tasty, khachapuri in Adjara is salty because of the cheese.
The only thing is that the wait for the dishes may be longer than usual, the waiters are not always suitable
The service is included in the receipt
This place is not on the tourist streets, so it is valuable. Georgians themselves eat here, which means that it is delicious and inexpensive there. This one is exactly like that. We found the restaurant by accident and had lunch only here for three days. All the dishes of Georgian cuisine are excellent, the staff is friendly. One thing is worth remembering, the portions are large, do not order a lot of everything at once. One salad can be easily divided into 3-4 servings, khinkali, khachapuri, fried suluguni, vegetable salads - everything is very tasty!
Location:
located near the center, which is very convenient when walking
Dishes:
the company tried many dishes and everything was hearty and very tasty
Prices and menu:
the prices were very pleasantly pleased, when compared with most other similar establishments, the
choice of dishes is quite large
Service:
a very pleasant waiter, suggested the menu and gave his recommendations
, I strongly advise tourists because of the opportunity to try many national dishes at a very pleasant price
Delicious, the prices, despite being in the center, are not high. Not a long serving of dishes. Delicious coffee. I'm taking off a star for cheating. The bill shows a tip of 15 percent. The waiter insisted that it was not a tip, but a tax so that they could leave more. It's not very pretty...Later, the locals told us that a lot of restaurants in Tbilisi are guilty of this.
A very mixed impression of this cafe. The dishes that are on the menu may not be available, there is practically nothing from soups except kharcho, we ordered "stewed veal", we were warned that it would be "a little spicy", as a result, chicken was brought, but replaced after a remark. And it was a very spicy dish, too spicy. Ordering tea in this cafe, as in Tbilisi, in general, is a bad idea: in principle, there are no kettles for the company, when ordering a cup of tea from a bag, they listed herbal tea, among other things, we ordered it, but brought green, the question was why we were told that there was no herbal tea, then it is unclear why he was offered at all and why wasn't he warned before serving.
Among the advantages of the menu: chizhi-wads and khinkali with mushrooms are not bad, but not everything in this cafe is worth trying. And yes, contrary to other reviews, there were no local customers here, only tourists
It's a great cafe and it's very tasty, but the manager who allocates places does not behave beautifully
He puts his own people at good tables, in advance when someone leaves, puts good tables in reserve
Walks like a restaurant owner through it
But the food itself and the other staff are great
I really liked it! Friendly staff, friendly. The menu is in three languages: Georgian, English, Russian. If you want to feel what Georgian hospitality is, then definitely here!))
We have been to other places, but returned here if we were in this area.
The price is lower relative to other establishments.
The location is excellent, beautiful view from the terrace. I liked the salad and khinkali very much, the stewed veal is too fatty, I had to cut off pieces of fat from the meat. Otherwise, everything is OK! Everything seemed too sharp to my husband.
The service is fast, the waiters are friendly. Service fee 15%
The restaurant is super! Very tasty wine and the best Khinkali. The male waiter is friendly and smiling, I really liked his service! There is also a terrace and pleasant music
I take off the star for the fact that when they came the second time, they put us in, they didn't come up for 15 minutes, only after they called the waitress, they came up to us
after another 10 minutes. And they also forgot to bring wine (
And the third time they waited for 30 minutes to come, they did not come, they decided to leave (
In general, I advise you to visit this restaurant
We were invited to this restaurant, the table was booked for 22 hours. After scanning the Qcode, we looked at the menu on our phone. We made an order, there were no dishes, we were offered others. Beer was ordered from the drinks (local Georgian is very decent!)and dry white wine. The wine was brought in a vessel similar to a bottle with a wide neck (without a label!), what and from where was poured there remained a mystery? Such a gorgeous restaurant! Bring it in a bottle with a label!
The dishes that were ordered were prepared and brought quickly. Everything was delicious!
But, the empty plates were in no hurry to clean up! We were still sitting at the table😡
I was pleased with the receipt, 150 GEL (already with a tip) there were 5 of us. We ate well!
Good value for money. Pleasant and calm atmosphere. The interior is tasteful. The service is 15% of the receipt. A slightly dryish pork kebab, khinkali from mushrooms (champignons) without broth. In general, everything is fine. The prices are affordable. Everything in the photo came out to us at 1,610 rubles or 46 lari.
The food and service are super... It was the first time. After that, I was looking forward to another visit to the restaurant for a long time. But the second time, no food, no service. We waited for the order for more than an hour, all this time the waiters created the appearance of work and did not pay attention to us. We didn't wait for the order, the waiters said it was our fault for not reminding us.
The waiters are unbalanced, instead of apologies or dialogue at least - reproaches in our direction.
An institution with a history. Locals and local visitors advise, and this is an indicator. By the afternoon tea, the waiters are already tired, and this is also an indicator. The chef's kebab is worth your attention.
