The appointment for the procedure was made in March, but the day before the scheduled date in April, the administrator called and said that the specialist had quit and the procedure would not be on the appointed day and time. The alternative proposed did not fit the time and date. Why couldn't I tell you in advance if the person didn't pick up the phone? There are other ways to communicate!!!
