I highly recommend Master Tatiana, she does great scrubbing and is a super nice woman, thank you very much for the procedure.
And so, if you are from Russia, it is important to know a few things:
1. on Sunday, I strongly recommend not to visit, because there are a lot of people, all 24/8 are talking very loudly in the bathhouse, it is unlikely that you will be able to relax.
2. there are no disposable slippers, only rubber ones for 4,000 tenge (it was inconvenient for us to take them, since we are leaving tomorrow). I recommend the institution to buy simple slippers too, they were in other spas.
3. During the general hovering, the girl pushed me, because she decided to take a bench in the middle. There were a lot of people in one sauna, they did not limit the entrance in any way. I saw that they tried, but the men started to get indignant and eventually they were allowed in after all during the procedure.
I want to express my gratitude to the administrator, they solved my question very timely, the girl is wonderful.
Recommendations:
- it would be cool to put up signs that it is better not to talk while in the sauna, after all, there are common areas for this. Otherwise, you sit in the steam room and listen to the story of a man who performs there in front of friends as if at a stand-up, you become an unwitting listener to his diligent performances at a volume of 8 out of 10…
- buy simple disposable slippers, it's easy, and visitors are pleased
- limit the number of shared pairs and inform about it in advance before the steam room
- please make recreation areas really recreation areas or it would be good to build some additional ones as an option for a fee, you just sit in the aisle
- ask the administrator who records the procedures to recommend the masters. The main admin girl quickly consulted me, the man at the reception was indifferent
- PLEASE BUY NORMAL HAIR DRYERS! Unfortunately, I had to leave with a wet head
I think it's just perfect here on weekdays. And so, unfortunately, I am used to a different culture of visiting baths, so it is important to take these points into account)
I really liked Therma! I visited on Friday from lunch until closing, the time flew by :) After the general steaming and the cold pool, there is a feeling of rebooting. The pool with hydro massage allows you to massage your back, neck, legs (or whatever you get) and relax. I really liked all 4 steam rooms, you can warm up everywhere, especially clay is very relaxing and salty for those who do not like strong heat but want to warm up. You can have a delicious meal in the Restaurant, I liked it. The place is cool, we relaxed to the fullest. The only thing when we went out was that there was no hot water in two of the three showers in the women's shower and we had to wash cold:(I told the reception about it - they said they would fix it. In general, my friend and I liked the feeling that we left the city and had a rest)
I recommend you to visit, you won't regret it! Just take your time, enjoy your vacation and the variety of SPA options. Go through all the zones, have a snack in a cafe. Be sure to visit vaping! You will feel refreshed! And then you won't have to jump into a pot of boiling milk!
