Absolutely amazing hotel, probably one of the best ones in the city. Rooms are spacious and very stylish, the bed is comfortable. Very quiet overall. Also good restaurant.

Everything is great! BUT 1 star just to draw your attention to a major issue that can tank the whole stay: the internet is so random: 15 different hotspots all over the place, only 4 of them mentioned in the room, but 3 of them are never there, so you need to ask for passwords all the time and switch between the networks and they are unstable anyway and disappear from time to time. Also some areas don’t have any connection are all.

Quarky design, very attentive staff, hearty breakfasts. The room is large made with good quality materials. BUT, I have a very small window just under the wall. Effectively staring at a concrete wall. Judging from outside some rooms have huge windows others don’t have windows. The sink is in the room and not in the bathroom, which is also not great unless you are staying on your own.
The wifi doesn’t work. There is no gym. Surely, one can find a room to squeeze some gym equipment. Overall, the hotel is not bad but it certainly is not worth the money they charge you.

An excellent conceptual hotel, impresses with its style! Convenient location, friendly staff, delicious breakfasts and several cool restaurants right in the hotel!The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean.
A few nuances:
1. It was not very convenient to wash, because the sink is located right in the hallway and is not particularly equipped to accommodate cosmetics, care products, etc.
2. There were not enough hooks for towels and bathrobes.
3. Because of the features of the facade (very beautiful!) Some rooms have no view from the window at all, because the external beams block it.
Otherwise, the hotel is just great! Highly recommend it!

Practically a meat museum) Cuisines of different directions, but the golden steak from the death of Kazakh cuisine is the leader here in all respects - in taste, appearance and size! The Veil 5 Hotel in Astana is a real godsend for those who appreciate luxury and comfort! We stayed here with the whole family for a birthday, and it was an unforgettable experience. The hotel impressed with its stylish design, impeccable service and attention to detail.

The hotel is unusual in design. The location is excellent, there is a direct exit to the central artery by car, 5 minutes on foot to the park and the embankment. There is a cigar room, 3 restaurants and a bar. It has its own small SPA, There are no questions about the rooms and service. I stayed for 3 nights. I had a great time.
Important - due to the design features of the facade, there are rooms with tiny windows. If this is important, please specify when booking that you need a room with a large window.

Favorite hotel in Astana. We stayed there many times . Large, stylish rooms, excellent breakfast and a cozy SPA.
The hotel has a delightful restaurant for lovers of meat dishes and beer, a good wine list and delicious desserts. There is a children's room , its own Parking and pleasant compliments for a doctor or a wedding anniversary. The reception staff always goes to a meeting to resolve any issues.

A very beautiful and modern hotel. Friendly service, helped to sort out all the issues. Spacious and stylish rooms with good wine glasses and plenty of cupboards. The breakfasts are very tasty on the menu, but the places in the restaurant are small, and you can't always have breakfast right away. There are several good restaurants on site, especially the meat one.
The bonus spa is nice, there have never been people there.

The only and very fat minus is breakfast only a la carte, there will be no independent choice, you will only be given a piece of paper with a list of dishes and you will mark with a circle what you want. To drink, including water, you will have to constantly ask. The desire to have breakfast disappears abruptly, because in the hotel you want to "hooligan", break the diet, dial the forbidden ones, because "eat with your eyes", but here they have deprived you of all this, and the quality of breakfast is very mediocre, so it's better to take a room without breakfast and drive to more attractive places by taxi, especially since it is very cheap in Astana compared to Moscow and St. Petersburg )

It's a wonderful place, I really liked it!
A great room with panoramic windows, a nice bed with a comfortable mattress and pillows, the room has everything you need - shower cosmetics, towels, slippers, a set with a toothbrush and toothpaste. Cleaning every day.
A la carte breakfasts, especially liked the hummus with crispy ciabatta)
Excellent restaurants, service and cuisine are quite on the level.

It was in September 2024. I liked the hotel. Modern design of the building and rooms. In the corridors, in my opinion, the design was overdone, somehow it turned out to be a bit gloomy. There are several restaurants on site. I went to a steakhouse, I liked the cuisine and the wine list. Breakfast is served in the lobby bar. There's not a lot of space, but there weren't any problems with boarding. There is also a shop with alcohol and snacks.

Polite staff. The room is very authentic. We were planning to organize a wedding photo shoot. We chose another hotel, because it is quite dark inside (for our specific purposes), but someone will definitely like it. There are several restaurants on site, including Line Brew. It's a terrible hotel, it doesn't correspond to 5* at all, the sink is separate in the room, you have to run between it and the bathroom. In the room where I lived, the wires of the bedside lamp were sticking out carelessly, I touched the wire with my hand, the lamp fell and cracked, the staff rudely demanded payment. I am very disappointed with the choice. One of the advantages is the unusual shape of the building.

A very original hotel in a very remote location. The SPA area and three very good restaurants, especially liked the Line Brew and the beer there, which is very reminiscent of the Irish Harp. There is a cigar room where you can drink whiskey. The food is extremely tasty, the service is excellent. In the beginning, they gave a room with panoramic windows in both directions and on the city, but then immediately, for unknown reasons, they moved to another one with one window and a view of the residential area. It all looked strange somehow ...maybe they tipped because they didn't give ... well, they laughed at the local national flavor :)) It's rare to find such moronism. The rooms are decorated very stylishly, the furniture is tastefully selected. An uncomfortable, but again stylish washbasin located right in the room ... well, it looks beautiful, and splashes fly in all directions. The breakfasts are simply gorgeous! They bring the menu and immediately prepare in the kitchen, perhaps the best breakfasts of those numerous hotels where I have been. But of course the most important thing is that with all this splendor with Wi-Fi in this hotel, well, everything is very, very bad! We needed the Internet for work and could not think that such a thing could happen here. It came and fixed it for 20 minutes, then everything turned off again. If not for all the other advantages, I would just put 3 points for this, so 4.
