We stayed in this hotel for three nights. The room is simple, with various joints, but it will do for the night.
The location is not bad, but the area is cramped, dirty, crowded, and there is a lot of chaos on the roads and sidewalks.
At the reception, Ramadan talked with inspiration "vividly" about the sights that are worth visiting :) With humor and enthusiasm. He even spoke a little Russian :)
It was felt that the hotel staff was trying very hard to do their job well.
Positive:
- it's very quiet, it's amazing in a place like this.
- affordable price.
- 15 minutes to the high-speed tram stop and 20 minutes to the metro of the green line M2.
- It is a close walk to Sultanahmet district with the main old sights of Istanbul.
- a comfortable bed with a good blanket and bed linen.
- overall, it's pretty clean.
- a large mirror in the room.
- daily cleaning.
- the kettle.
- there is a lot of catering around.
Minuses:
- the wi-fi was not working well and was constantly falling off.
- in the shower, the water left very badly, a large "sea" is formed.
- there are no shelves for shampoo and soap.
The hotel is located in the heart of the old town, all the sights are within walking distance. The hotel has free Wi-Fi, TV (we watched movies on YouTube), refrigerator, air conditioning, kettle, bottled water, soap, shampoo, a couple of towels for each person. Very fresh bed linen of good quality, just snow-white. The staff is friendly and unobtrusive. Cleaning was done every day. Basically, an excellent price/quality ratio. Therefore, even if there are disadvantages, I recommend the hotel to stay.
The hot water sometimes disappeared completely, the WiFi on the TV too (it worked flawlessly on smartphones). Very strong audibility, especially from the hallway. The floors in the room creak, the door to the toilet does not close, the door to the room closes with difficulty (I did not succeed, my husband managed). We returned from a walk once, and the door to the room was not locked after cleaning, it was just closed. The worst thing is the windows and the view from the window. One of our windows almost fell out onto the street, they miraculously held it. And opposite there is a building where some kind of factory, so the blinds were almost not opened, otherwise the factory staff watched us curiously (at least the tulle was hung, but the curtains were alone, very dense).
